We recently had a wasps nest at our home and contacted Prime Target Pest Control for help. From start to finish, the service was outstanding.

Steve handled the situation with great professionalism and care. He clearly explained the process before starting, including what to expect and the dos and don’ts to ensure everyone’s safety and to prevent any incidents with the wasps. This really helped put us at ease.

He dealt with the nest quickly and efficiently, and what really impressed us was the follow-up he did the next day to make sure the treatment had worked and that the wasps were completely gone.

It gave us real peace of mind knowing the job had been thoroughly completed. Steve’s attention to detail and commitment to ensuring the issue was fully resolved was greatly appreciated.

Steve responded quickly and professionally to a squirrel issue in our loft. His extensive knowledge and ethical approach were clear throughout—he genuinely cares about using humane methods. He also offered helpful advice to prevent future problems. We wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again.

I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. We discovered a wasp's nest that needed removing urgently so as not to delay the works that were being carried out on our property. Steve was very quick to respond and was so informative and helpful. He squeezed us in at a moment's notice and carried out the job quickly, efficiently and professionally at extremely fair pricing :)

Had a wasp nest in an awkward spot, was too scared to get close enough to see its location. Steve kindly offered to come out and take a look to see if he could spot it, he located it and treated it. From point of contact to him finishing the job was around an hour or so. Really friendly guy, easy to contact with fair pricing. Gave honest advice about the situation too. Go with this guy if you're in Orpington and have a wasp nest!

Steve was brilliant, called him and he came round same day, no messing about, honest and insightful about the issue and go to it straight away and the problem is now fixed 👍
