This company is a scam I’ve ordered a vehicle from prime wheel enterprises since may that’s over 7 months ago, they have failed to deliver or yet refunded me. They take weeks to respond to my complaints, failed to return my calls & then they do uh would talk like reading from a script in front of them. Truly pathetic customer service & individual should not do business with a company like this.

Please DO NOT buy from this company. They are scammers. You will send them money and NEVER receive the vehicle. DO NOT DO IT !!!!!!!

I purchased two brand new Toyota Hiace vehicles from Mr.Scott William for only $90,000 at the best possible price He provided me with excellent service Mr Scott William and prime wheel enterprises. I highly recommend them.”

We ordered some vehicles in the past and know how it sopose to go. Prime Wheel Enterprises was a very bad experience and caused alot of work and communication for us.

Just some things to know before you decide.

If you select a vehicle it has most likely already been sold. When you ask for a refund they will do everything they can not to give your money back. The standard is 120 working days which means 6 months.

Communication is very poor and not proffesional. They were even yelling at me on the phone and threatened to sell the vehicle we paid for.
This is also what they did and posted an add and tried to sell the vehicle to someone else. Luckily we have a small island and were able to manage this.

When you reach out to the company office which is in Japan, they will never reply or get back to you. No email, no call and no contact form.

After some research we found out that this company is not really in Japan but they use different number we were locating back to Pakistan.

Eventually we got a vehicle but it really was a struggle. It took 8 months in total, the problem is that they just don't do refunds. They also pretend to be a big company with departments but this is not the reality.

The company who actually delivered the vehicle also had to do alot to get their money.

So be careful.

This company is not trust words they told they going to refund my money if i remove my review and I remove my review and and up now I dont see refund amd when I am calling them they not answering my call so dont do business with them they thief

This company is the biggest fraud I have ever seen. They tried selling me a vehicle that is already sold to a customer by another company. They provided me with a so called legit invoice to make a payment where as they knew it wasn't legit business. Also they provided me with a fraudulent b.l document with their name ( prime wheel enterprise) where as they new they wasn't the shippers adding to this they also edited the b.l to add my name when I went to my local shippers they indicated to me this b.l is not valid or legit . When I tired calling them there was no answer apart from they whatsapp messaging me saying sorry vehicle is sold when they knew it was never available for purchase...

It's my first time doing business with this company and I look forward to further business
