I ordered some postcards for my business and they were printed quickly and look amazing. great customer service also. I will definitely use again.

Ordered a bunch of tees as my first run for my brand. At first communication was great, Tom was super helpful throughout, I made payment and then after that communication was very slow. This was not Tom's fault and throughout he was super helpful, but when he wasn't in the rest of the team were not helpful at all.

I had one proof of the shirts in 2-3 weeks, of which I asked for multiple changes, that email got ignored twice until I finally had to email again and say it. Tom was then back in and sorted it out. However, I'm not sure if it was the design team's fault or not, but the proofs took forever. One proof in 2-3 weeks is not normal practise.

I got told sizes were okay, then weren't okay, then were okay again, I asked questions that weren't being answered, and on a separate order of business cards and packaging supplies the quality was awful compared to what I have had in the past from them. Colours that were completely off and not what I ordered, and the postcards loosing all of their strength from what they were like before. Ultimately, I put my trust in them for my brand and I had to cancel the order because I did not trust it would be up to quality and I couldn't delay anymore with very slow proofing, ignored questions and bad communication. It was too much of a risk for me.

Extra stars for the fact that Tom did send the payment team to refund me same day no problem, I was expecting a back and forth but that didn't happen, so now just waiting for it to come through. Also because Tom was a great employee and really helpful, and based on reviews I have seen on here too, is one of the reasons that people seem to be having a reasonable time with PrintInc/Involution. Had I not cancelled, maybe in the end the shirts would have came out okay, but if the process to get them proofed was representative of the quality they would be, I would not trust it.

Tom, has been a great Account Manager to work with. His comms are clear and honest which has built a great level of trust. We didn’t have the best experience with previous AMs through Print inc, over promised and under delivered and not reachable.
Tom had exceeded our expectations and we will be ordering again based on our experience with him and the level of detail he provided with us from the team.

With every order I have placed, there was communication up until the final sign off of the artwork as well as a follow up on delivery.

For this review, I would like to focus on the Customer Service who were incredibly helpful when trying to fix a glitch in the artwork for the latest mugs I ordered.
I've gotten an immediate response when I raised a concern and they were going the extra mile to fix it and made sure the output is to my expectations as per usual.

Not only that, they even made sure it would still arrive as quickly as possible so it would fit well in my timings.

Thought I would give this company the benefit of the doubt after they were taken over by new management. Ordered tote bags and over half of them arrived with smudged prints or with accidental double prints or even where the design had been printed over folds where the bag hadn't been flattened causing big gaps in the prints. Just not acceptable quality and now half of my order is not resellable.

I can’t praise this company enough for the excellent service I received on placing recent orders. The customer service was outstanding, constantly answering my questions and queries quickly in a friendly manner. The products are lovely. I chose Notebooks and Calendars. Both were beautifully printed on quality paper. I’m reordering another batch of Calendars as we speak. I was a bit hesitant with the change of owners but I can honestly say it’s been a great Company to use. The deals are exceptionally good!
