Been using Printed Easy for a for a years as part of my design agency and also personally from all sorts of printed items. They've also been exceptional until a recent order. I had a printed hardback wedding booklet printed and delivered, the quality is great but unfortunately 5/6 weeks later the pages are just falling out. It's not something you'd expect over a short time period of time. I did enquire about a fix of some sort but the reply was it's longer than 4 weeks so not really a production issue, which I understand from there point of view but I disagree it certainly is a production issue. A Hardback booklet shouldn't be falling apart so soon. So a rather rare disappointing experience on this occasion.

*I had an update from the General Manager Andy, who was transparent about the situation and offered a full reprint at no cost. I really appreciate there honesty and will continue to use their usually immaculate services!

As always, you are very easy to work with and nothing is too much trouble.
