Quite possibly the worst thing I’ve ever bought online. Quality is beyond awful and this is clearly a scam company. Avoid like the plague.

Awful customer service, item turned up completely scratched to bits. Was bought as a gift, state of it is not something that is giftable. Have tried to contact, through emails and DM and getting no response. Avoid!!

It's been 18 days and I've not received my purchase. Emailed 3 times and no reply about when it will be delivered. From seeing the reviews I am obviously not alone. So awful to market a product so close to Christmas and not be able to follow through on the delivery turn around and not even offer any customer service. If it doesn't arrive soon I will be getting my bank to escalate this to get my money back!!!

This is a scam company. They take your money, then never deliver the item. No customer service, so you can't even speak to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a print from this company almost two weeks ago for a birthday present this week and it still hasn't been dispatched. Very disappointed as I've paid £23. The website says free delivery within 3-4 working days. I emailed them last week to see when my order will be dispatched and I was told in 1 or 2 day, but still...it hasn't. There's no number to ring the company either, instead there is a WhatsApp chat, which claims to reply within minutes. Like someone else said, I'm willing to change my review if my order actually arrives, as I think the idea is really cool for a present, but at the moment, I have my doubts.

Edit: Item did eventually arrive, but it took alot, and I mean alot, of my own time messaging the WhatsApp chat to find out what was going on with my order. Any emails I sent were completely ignored. I ordered from the UK, but, it turns out the actual products are shipped from Turkey. My advice for anyone in the UK considering buying a product from this company is, don't do it; as it really isn't worth the hassle and it won't arrive within '3-4 days' as their website claims. However, the item did arrive...eventually.

Ordered a print on 15 November for birthday on 2 December. Should have been plenty of time. Have chased up twice. Not even marked as shipped yet, despite being told that it would arrive 28/29 November. Will edit review if I get a positive response, but this is a big disappointment right now!

Very kind and helpful team. My cargo was delayed for 2 days, but I received it normally because it was covid. Whatsapp support line is really funny and helpful LOL!

After the products I purchased, I love them and I am thinking of repurchasing them because the shipping time only lasted 3 days!!!!!!!

worst business ever seen there are not even phone numbers to communicate properly literally scam
