Had an old Brother handheld printer and…
Had an old Brother handheld printer and not been used for ages due to no tape. Found this site and they did the cartridges for my old printer, so ordered a pack of five. Really good price and fast delivery. So now printer working again and saved some money by not having to buy a new printer. Thank you for great service and I will be ordering more to stock up.

Had good experiences in the past but I have placed an order which hasn't been delivered yet more than 2 weeks ago. I don't mind waiting but I wanted some tracking information and they haven't replied to 2 emails.

The reason for this rating is not to do with the Printer model GP-1324D that is perfectly ok. However, many of us have slim laptops with no CD/DVD drives, the printers user manual was on a CD that came with the printer. I wrote to the company explaining, but all they had was a sheet with some details not the actual manual. So I decided to buy a CD driver! This was to ensure I could set up the printer correctly and guess what, it had many user manuals on it but not on the one I purchased. I did eventually find the correct manual online and YouTube after spending out on an external driver. Lesson learnt, anything can be found online.

No delivery
Website said 1-2 days for delivery, after 10 days nothing had arrived. On enquiry I was told I could have replacement or refund but replacement would take 3-7 days to come. Am waiting for refund.

Avoid like the plague
I ordered a total of 3 different items, delivery took longer than stated, when it eventually arrived one of the items was missing, contacted company which they replied promptly, was told replacement would be sent out, 2 weeks later, no items, several emails sent to which i got no reply, eventually after having to state trading standards were getting inolved i managed to get a reply, refund for the missing items and told the replacement had already been sent, to which it has never arrivedz but on plus side means dont need to go to the expense of sending it back. Will not use this company again, might be cheaper than others but you pay peanuts you end up with monkeys. Avoid at all costs
