We ordered a school leavers hoodie. The name on the back was slightly faulty, but when I contacted Print my Kit with a photo of the issue, they responded within a couple of hours and arranged a new hoodie to be printed.

Fantastic Service - I needed 7 printed shirts for a girls Parkrun away weekend and had left organising until very late. On Monday I had a rush job to embroider a dozen hats for an event at Easter. Sarah sorted everything out very efficiently. There was a little wrinkle at the end as I didn’t get the email to say hats were ready to collect, but Sarah went the extra mile and had the hats personally delivered to me on Good Friday. What a relief! We were super-happy :)
