You can reach us by phone, by email, through live chat (so no annoying robot...) and through our support ticket system and we will answer your questions quickly. In addition, you can easily arrange everything related to your packages online via the PriPortal. Many international consumers, traders and webshops have been using our service and delivery address in the Netherlands for years. PriParcel receives, consolidates and forwards parcels to any country in the world. By forwarding packages collected (consolidated) in one shipment, you save a lot on shipping costs! As soon as we have received a package for you, you will receive a number of photos in the portal so that you know exactly what has arrived and what the condition of the package is. Via the portal you request which packages should be forwarded for you, when and with which carrier.

**WARNING** Company is a TOTAL SCAM. They will charge you, then tell you your package has items that cannot be shipped to your country and seize your products. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. They took my money AND products! Do not accept their response that anything illegal was shipped. Why would a shipper send items they know would be seized? It would be their own loss Everything was 100% legal. Lies. Total scam

We are sorry to read that you label PriParcel as a 'scam' while you are the one trying to transport prohibited substances through our service. We have proven to you that the police have seized the package and that the costs incurred are for your account is only logical.

High start-up costs, no flexible service. Totally not customer focused and unpolite. In that year that I registered my company with them, I never received 1 letter through them! So I did a test, by sending a letter myself and it was indeed not passed on to me.
Immediately canceled my account and the one I referred. I don't understand how this company can go on like this.
