I was disappointed with the service…
I was disappointed with the service provided by Pristine Clean. Although they completed a full gutter clean and cleaned all the windows, the quality of the work did not meet my expectations. Some areas appeared to have been rushed, and the overall experience was far from hassle-free.We also had an ongoing issue with a problem gutter. While David returned to apply sealant and offered advice, the underlying problem was not properly resolved. I appreciated the effort, but I expected a more effective and lasting solution.Customer service was polite, but the results did not justify the cost. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not use this service again or recommend it to others.

However, on this occasion, we have been unable to identify your review. We have carried out a thorough search of our customer records, quotations, invoices, emails and diary, but unfortunately cannot match the details you have provided to any work undertaken by Pristine Clean.
We are occasionally mistaken for another company with a similar name, so we do wonder whether this review may have been intended for a different business.
We also noticed the review refers to David carrying out the work and returning to address a gutter issue. Whilst David remains a Co-Director of Pristine Clean, he has not been carrying out the physical work within the business for over six months, as he is now pursuing another career. As a result, we have been unable to reconcile this part of your review with our records either.
If you are a genuine Pristine Clean customer, we would very much like the opportunity to investigate this further. Please contact us directly with your name, property address and the approximate date the work was carried out, and we will look into the matter promptly and fairly.
Our aim has always been to provide a friendly, professional and reliable service, and we are committed to resolving any genuine concerns wherever we can. We look forward to hearing from you should this review relate to Pristine Clean.

We have not heard back from you and have initiated an investigation with Trustpilot to resolve this, as we do not believe this is a genuine review.
**Update – 10 July 2026**
As we have still not received any response from the reviewer despite inviting them to contact us directly, we remain unable to identify this review as relating to Pristine Clean.
We have again checked our customer records, quotations, invoices, emails and work diary, and we cannot find any customer or property matching the details provided. In addition, David has not carried out exterior cleaning work for Pristine Clean for many months due to a change in his role within the business, so the events described do not correspond with our records.
We reported this review to Trustpilot and provided the information available to us. Unfortunately, Trustpilot has decided not to remove it.
As a small, family-run business, we work incredibly hard to provide a professional, honest and reliable service, and we take genuine customer feedback very seriously. We always welcome the opportunity to resolve any concerns where they exist.
If this review does genuinely relate to Pristine Clean, we would once again invite the reviewer to contact us directly with their full name, property address and the approximate date the work was carried out so we can investigate properly. To date, no such information has been provided.
We hope prospective customers will also take into account our many genuine 5-star reviews from customers whose identities and work carried out can be verified. Those reviews reflect the level of service we strive to deliver every day.
