I have laser done before with another place but wasn’t a great experience, I was a bit optimistic about trying it out again. I met Kajal at a wedding show and she really took the time to explain how everything works, she was really professional and passionate and easy to talk to. I really bought in to her as a person, she has personalised my treatment to my body and needs talking me through every step of the way. So far I have had 1 session following my initial consultation and the results speak for themselves. I am hardly seeing hair growth and feel a million times more confident already! I can’t wait to finish the full course of treatments because I can see already just how amazing the results are. Kajal is so down to earth, genuine and gentle, I would highly recommend her services!

I’ve had four sessions at Pristine Laser clinic so far and have seen such a difference, even immediately after the first session. I always feel so comfortable when I have my sessions as it’s always a relaxing environment. Writing this review after 6 months after finishing my last session. Used a few clinics and patched tested several others, came across pristine laser clinic as it stated they use the cynosure iq elite which is a very good medical grade laser machine. I'm so glad that I did, the machine is only as good as the technician. Kajal is an exceptional technician. She was very welcoming and genuinely a nice person. Was a joy conversing with her. Kajal is passionate about her business and genuinely wants to give you great results.

Kajal assessed my hair follicle and patched tested 3 settings that would be my starting setting for first session (been to soo many spa/clinics that uses the minimum settings for patch test, avoid them).

1st session saw great results, 2nd session didnt see a big improvement (remember genetics, hormones etc plays alot in in results). 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th session saw great results again. Kajal was great checking in via whatsapp on my progress. Each session Kajal did change the settings, increasing power for thicker hairs, changing settings as hairs gets thinner. 6 months on I'm happy with the results. I'll say I'm over 80% hair free. I would need 1 or 2 top up session, definitely using Pristine Laser Clinic.

I met Kajal last year and honestly I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my laser going forward. She is a true professional taking great care of her clients and making sure they are comfortable throughout the sessions. What I particularly like about Kajal that she treats everyone as a friend. She is very flexible and has a passion for the work that she is doing. The results I have received are second to none and I literally just have a few wisps of hair left, great result after only three sessions.

After going to another well known company in all the high streets called Therapie and buying the penny sale offers and having more sessions then I should have, I found Kajal!! I booked in 6 sessions with her n now I'm hairless!! She is honestly 1 of the loveliest people and explained everything to me about why I may not have gotten proper results before. She upped the settings as that's what therapie wasn't doing to keep me locked in by buying more and more pointless sessions. So i trusted her and I'm so glad i did. As much as it was painful I don't have to worry about my hairy legs or under arms again! If you're thinking about it, don't look elsewhere.
