Empty promises regarding my withdrawals. Topciphertrails got involved and changed the situation. I got a refund swiftly.

a very poorly set-up company, stay away from investing as they do not come through on their promises.

Went through the ringer. Joined our accelerator and came off as a big investor that wanted to put in $1.5MM .

Went through 7-8 months of back and forth.

Went through a due diligence process for 2 months amd was extremely spotty communication.

Paid $10k in lawyer fees for absolutely nothing, hahaha.

Multi-business Scam Artist

This man runs a cabal of fake organizations that scam individuals and corporations out of money that he redirects into his own hands via shell LLCs. He is crappy at covering his trails so just search for all the businesses he has registered - most recently Brandzoid - creating a fake advertising firm with a fake CEO and shoveling $300k of his firms money (that came from scamming other businesses) into his own pocket illegally.

Currently he is facing several lawsuits - and I wouldn't be surprised to see federal criminal charges as I know they have their eye on this too.

They worked with us for over a year! When we first started with them our project was not really ready yet for us to go and they stayed with us through the whole process. Thank you!

Everyone was great. I wish they were faster but they were very clear about their timetable from the beginning (so there was no surprises). Scott Tripp says he is working on that part but there are so many moving parts it seems unlikely to change. Regardless five stars because they did come through and they did meet their own time table. They also spoke to the land owner and sent him a letter of credit to show the deal was moving forward which released a significant amount of stress from my back.
