Great clinic, really helpful with my poorly ear - Helen the receptionist is lovely and Helen the ear lady is also very professional but great people skills. Would highly recommend.

I recently attended the Wimborne clinic convinced that I needed treatment and was delighted to find that my ears were fine and did not require any treatment, so therefore no charge What an excellent service, everything was very efficient and professional. Very impressed with the service I received yesterday, Jacquie was brilliant and ensured I felt comfortable before starting. I was quite amazed by the amount of wax build up! Money definitely well spent and will 100% use again, local, professional and quick and very effective procedure.

Had my ears cleaned by Emma Helliwell on Friday, what a professional, she talked through the procedure, put me at ease, 15 minutes later I’m out the door and I can hear birds singing, I’m very pleased and impressed,

Best money i ever spent, sorted the problem in less than 10 mins, so accommodating and answered so many questions that my GP has never answered properly, will certainly be booking again if i ever need to

Had a problem with my right ear which was diagnosed by my GP as wax build-up. I was advised to keep putting olive oil in it and that it could take up to four weeks to clear the blockage. I contacted The Private Ear Clinic and was offered an appointment at the Wimborne branch the following day. Within 15 minutes of my arrival the problem was solved and my other ear given a clear out for good measure. The whole process was very professional and efficient from the booking to completion. Sarah who did the job using the microsuction equipment had a very friendly manner and it was obvious that she knew her stuff. I definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service from the first phone call to the end of the treatment. Treatment was explained from the beginning and I was fully informed of what to expect from the procedure. Jaqui was helpful and very professional and I could not believe what came out of my ears!! It was quick and painless and would definitely return if needed. Highly recommended

After feeling massively let down by our GP and the hospital - I called the clinic to see if they could help my 11 year old daughter who has been suffering now for nearly 4 months with blocked ears, infections and loss of hearing and 3 visits to the hospital with little or no relief - we visited the clinic today where Jacqui - who was amazing with my daughter, successfully cleared out both her ears with a manner and technique that was nothing other than fantastic, so good with my daughter who after repeated visits to the hospital where the procedure carried out was uncomfortable and painful was understandably very anxious. Thank you so much - money well spent as far as I am concerned - and I have no hesitation in recommending the clinic to others who are having problems - we will be returning for regular checkups too - can't thank you enough!

Absolutley brilliant service,and that is no understatment coming from someone who severly suffers from sensitive ears and anxiety. I was made to feel super compfortable! I cannot recommend this enough, if your in any doubt, go!!

Following misdiagnosis at A & E and at my local surgery l serendipitously found The Private Ear Clinic. I’d had a right ear full ( and left) of impacted ear wax that was excruciatingly painful manifesting itself in fractured sleep and being unable to chew my food. The treatment by practitioner,Jacquie Houldey , at the Clinic was painless despite me being a terrible wriggling wuss of a patient . I won’t suffer in silence again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Julian Hill.

Came to the clinic with lots of wax build up and the two ladies had a fantastic approach. Helped me and made me feel very welcome. Exceptional service,I will always recommend this clinic.

I have recently moved to Milford On Sea and came for my first appointment last week ( Dec 2020) The team were professional and Jacquie was brilliant. Her manner was assuring and the procedure was painless. I cannot recommend this enough, as the previous ones were ineffectual, in my last facility. Everything was explained and the appt was worth every penny.

I've suffered from blocked ears all my adult life - unfortunately it's a family trait. Endless syringing at my GP practice did very little to alleviate the problem, and I'd got to the point where I really couldn't hear well at all in either ear. I really wish I'd known about this service before now. Microsuction is absolutely fantastic - so much more effective than syringing, and you don't need to spend a week dropping olive oil into your ears beforehand. It was painless and quick and extremely inexpensive, and it got my ears completely clear of wax. My hearing is absolutely wonderful now and I'm so pleased.

Thank you so much Emma (Wimborne) for diagnosing Mum's hearing loss straight away, when she had already been to the doctor. You clearly know your stuff!! Excellent service, and we are all very grateful that Mum's hearing will return after the short course of treatment you prescribed. I would definitely recommend the Private Ear Clinic, Wimborne.

Long awaited appointment for microsuction following Corvid 19 lockdown. The environment was efficiently organised, the practitioner was knowledgable and friendly. Both client and practitioner wear supplied single use masks. Hand sanitiser was in place, the setting was light and clean and I felt very safe attending. I am very thankful to have hearing fully restored.

I use the Private Ear Clinic regularly on a quarterly basis to meet my particular needs for micro suction services.

The service I receive is consistently excellent from very attentive and professional staff. Appointments are always kept in a timely manner and I appreciate the service provided at reasonable cost. Why take a chance, use the best!!

A truly wonderful company that provided a faultless service to my Mum over a number of years and who went that 'extra mile' for her earlier this year when she was too ill to visit the usual location for treatment.
