Did this ADHD assessor training…
Did this ADHD assessor training recently and was really impressed. It’s practical, well-structured, and actually useful. The trainer clearly knew their stuff and kept things engaging throughout. I especially appreciated the focus on using the DIVA in a way that felt real, not just theoretical.
The session with the SENCO guest speaker gave great insight into how ADHD shows up in school settings, which added a whole new layer of understanding. The actor-led roleplays brought it all to life and made the learning stick.
Since finishing, I’ve felt way more confident, even made it to the second stage of an ADHD diagnosis role interview, and I credit a lot of that to this course. Would definitely recommend it to anyone serious about becoming an assessor.

ADHD training course
I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but this was hands down the best ADHD training course. If you’re wondering how to become an ADHD assessor, this is where to start. The trainer had so much passion and was actually engaging, rare to find. I’ve spoken with colleagues who’ve done Harley Street or UKAAN courses and they all agreed this was much better than the ones there. Big shout out to the SENCO guest speaker as well, who gave a really helpful view from the education side. The course is part of the Global ADHD Network with actual career progression, which makes you feel like you're part of something ongoing, not just a one-off

Best ADHD course there is!
I’d been trying to figure out how to become an ADHD assessor for a while and honestly this course from the ADHD Training Academy ticked every box. It’s well structured but still really practical. The use of actors and mock interviews was a game-changer for me — helped build real confidence. And the DIVA for ADHD was explained in such a clear way. I’ve done another training previously on Harley Street — this was much better than the one there in every way. Trainer was just excellent. And it was cool to hear from a SENCO guest speaker too, brought it all together.

Excellent training!
This is my first adult ADHD assessment training. After doing some research I was told this training is very good so I organised it for my whole team. There was about 12 of us.
I found both the assessment and the titration training really in-depth. The general feedback from my team was excellent.
I would highly recommend this training to anyone looking to specialise in adult ADHD assessment and titration.

I attended the Diva 5 course
I attended the Diva 5 course, and it was very informative. It was very inspiring and I learned a lot. I'm looking to start a new career in the ADHD game and I'm so happy I stumbled upon this course. The course offered by PrivateADHD.com was v. well structured and presented. It provided a clear, practical framework for ADHD assessment, with excellent coverage of diagnostic tools such as the DIVA 5. The content was engaging and clinically relevant, making it easy to apply directly to patient care. Each section built logically on the last, and the delivery was both professional and approachable. I now feel much more confident conducting assessments and highly recommend this course to any clinician working in ADHD.

Over a 3-month period, I repeatedly tried to contact the provider through various different communication channels about genuine queries I had following the course and were not all covered on the course content - only to be ignored and after being advised on the course these would be welcomed.
Such an undesirable post course experience, undermined what was considered to be a good experience at the time.

We were pleased to see your initial comments that the course was “extremely thorough, well-structured, and thought-provoking” and “professionally run and beneficial for your career development.” Given this, we were surprised to see your recent public review suggesting otherwise.
While we always welcome engagement, the course clearly outlines that post-training mentorship or 1:1 support is not included unless separately arranged—as is standard for CPD-accredited training. All your queries that were sent in via email were already addressed in the materials and during the session which is interactive and there are plenty of opportunities to ask questions..
We're always happy to clarify where needed, but ongoing personalised responses outside the agreed scope are not part of this package and membership to the global ADHD clinicians network would encompass this. Despite this the course trainer has sent a word document outlining your queries in our response email.
We remain committed to delivering high-quality ADHD education and wish you the best in your clinical journey.
I have been under consultation with Private ADHD
I have been under consultation with Private ADHD for about 2 months now. I have found that it has helped me in coping with my ADHD symptoms and have benefited from the one on one consultations with my assigned Doctor. It has helped me so much that I can talk to someone who can understand how I feel and give sound advice on how to cope with my anxieties and concerns. and prescribe medications to help achieve this. To have waited for any sort of diagnosis through the NHS would have taken years. Going privately means that I am now able to cope with my everyday trials and tribulations. I would recommend anyone who is on the fence to take the plunge and seek a professional consultation with Private ADHD now, rather than wait for an NHS appointment.
