I was so impressed with Sarah's profesisonalism, knowledge and customer service. She talked me through all the IEM options, demonstrated them, checked my ears, took moulds and talked me through the ordering process. Even when I had a small issue with the fit, there was zero quibble and the IEM buds were amended quickly and efficiently. I cannot reccommend this company enough.

I wanted to replace a previous pair of ACS custom moulds and contacted Sean at Pro Earz. Very helpful, quick responses, and superb service. The longest delay was actually trying to get an appointment to have the impressions of my ears taken (completely separate to Pro Earz). Incredibly happy with everything. Definitely recommend. They stock a huge range of ear plugs and in-ear monitors.
