Rude receptionist/customer service reps
Dude on the phone sounded like he’s never worked a customer service job in his life, pretty rude honestly. Would sigh whenever I asked for clarification and say “What?” In an annoyed tone instead of a simple “excuse me?” or “pardon?” I understand the frustration if the call was going on for an absurd amount of time but it couldn’t have been more than 10 and dude was on the phone huffing and puffing. Get a grip.

Bill did a Great Job!
Bill was very friendly and helpful in rekeying all of the locks in our home. We had a problem with one of the keys not working, as well as one the locks on the bedroom door having an issue. Bill was quick to make us a replacement key and get the problem door fixed in a timely manner! Overall, great service!

Frank's FixIt Handyman Services was EXCELLENT!!
Contacted Frank, from Frank's FixIt Handyman services, to fix our exterior door that was not closing. He came first thing the following morning and kept contact with me via text on his way to the house. Frank was on time, friendly, reliable, and he fixed the door very quickly. His work was meticulous and at a very fair price. We are extremely satisfied with Frank's service and we will be contacting him for all of our handyman needs in the future and have already recommended him to our friends and neighbors.
