Top service, value and quality.

I ordered two products, a PA system and a wireless lapel microphone. Ordered Monday to use at a wedding on Sunday. I had a problem with the microphone and their customer service (Arthur) was exceptional. Things gone wrong occasionally, but it is how you put things right, and I was truly thankful for the way that this was dealt with.
Great product. Quick delivery. Excellent staff.

Really swift on delivery.
The stereo is just what I wanted, nice sound quality great for all my exercise classes.
Thank you 😊

I had to change what I had purchased as it was too large. It was easy to return it and they refunded me straight away. I then purchased a smaller model. I would recommend this company for their knowledge and excellent customer service.

Great speaker system, great stand, not so convincing head mic and didn’t come with a clip!

I have a bought a top quality product which I am very happy with; following a none rushed discussion and advice with one of the sales team.

There was a issue with one of the items I bought which was corrected extremely quickly and very easily with no hassle.

I would buy again from this company knowing they offer good advice and a sound customer service.

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Very competitive prices

Iam still waiting for part of my order days after order, no one knows where it is..I have recieved my order thank you.

Arthur, an expert staff member, spent a decent amount of time with me discussing all possible options, leaving me with confidence to purchase. Everything ordered turned up in perfect condition on site, well within the required time and did the expected job, perfectly. Thank you.

Great bunch of Guys, helpful and everything was exactly as they advised.

Car PA system worked a treat on polling day, not sure I can blame them for not being elected though ;-)

Would definitely use again for sound.

Really helpful, thank you.

Good value headset arrived quickly so it could be used asap.

Thanks Pro Audio.

Great studio monitor speakers. Value for money items and though i've only had them for under one month, i think the quality of the speakers will turn out to be a good and lasting investment. The speaker sound is not bad either. Altogether, nice work and when i duly upgrade soon, i'm seriously thinking about doing a re-order of studio items from this Pro Audio Centre. I would also recommend this company to anyone. Thanks.

Julian.

Quite pleased with the purchase. Quick set up and sound is on point. Draw back is the power cable came with damaged plug pins and tracking down customer service contact details has proved a futile exercise. So to that effect could you please provide clear contact details in your order confirmation. At the moment I am having to cannibalise my pc cable to charge up the speaker.

Great sounds i got no issues still tryin to find one.

I called and gave them the requirements I had for the system and very quickly received an emailed quote. Once ordered it was delivered quickly and all correct. The items were exactly what I needed and I can highly recommend Pro Audio, I would use them again.

Really helpful before my purchase and quick delivery.

Product perfect, delivery perfect what more can I say.
