AVOID!!! absolutely terrible company, vinted parcel has been on a pallet for 23 days now and it seems I can't track my item as of today. Absolutely no customer service. I seen people suggest packages are being fleeced by staff and honestly that checks out. Not a safe company to use.
Worst postal service to ever exist
Ordered a package on vinted from france. 2 weeks later, the package is apparently still at the dropoff point. I emailed them and was told to take it up with vinted for a claim. I do not want to make a claim, I want my package. The least they could do is look into where it could possibly be. Worst postal service ever, do not use. Vinted need to remove them as an option for sellers.

Worst service from staff, never received my package and no one was willing to help besides they facilitate a contact the charge extremely high for calls!!
Simple disgusting
I have ordered multiple items and they've been delivered through this courier and they constantly manage to be the worst shipping company you can imagine I've gotten maybe 50 if not more items through this carrier and about 49 of them had been delayed between 20 days and 3 month simple terrible and disgusting practices one good thing is that every time they deliver an item it's undamaged but you'd sure be hoping so if there gonna take so long if I could I would give half a star but alas that's not possible to a lucky 1 star will have to do this company

Disgusting experience. Package lost, no number to call, emailed them, got a reply -we can't help you with this, contact your retailer. I replied explaining that the retailer has no means to contact them. No reply, no package, had to open fraud trace with my bank to get a refund. Horrific!

by far the worst courier company ever
by far the worst courier company ever, the tracker of the parcel was stuck in “pre advice received for 4 days and the tracking is very poor they dont say much about the position of the package. I should’ve get my package today but strangely the delivery got delayed by unknown reason.

Absolutely terrible experience. I would never recommend this courier company to anyone. The service was unreliable from start to finish. They missed the delivery window without any communication, and when I tried to get an update, I was met with complete silence — no calls, no emails, nothing.
The customer service is virtually nonexistent. When I finally managed to speak to someone, they were dismissive and completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, the package arrived late and damaged, with no apology or explanation.
This company clearly has no respect for customers’ time or property. If you value your shipment — or your sanity — avoid them at all costs.
STAFF STEALING VALUABLE ITEMS
They are clearly stealing items in the sort facility. I have had two items “lost” now, and when I enquired about their whereabouts, I was ignored. It’s very convenient that out of all the items I’ve have go through this service, the only two that were valuable went “missing” without any explanation or actions taken by the company. Awful service. Rude staff. A total scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Worst shipping experience of my life. The tracking did not work. They were late. They thought that the package went missing. The day it should have arrived they were late too so that the delivery took place 4 days later than the later it already was!

The slowest delivery processing company out there! If I had known I’d have never bought from any company that uses this snail paced currier!! Avoid the headache. It’s 2025 soon and these guys need about 3 weeks to figure out what business they’re in before they make a move

AVOID! I bought a pair of shoes at JD Sports and apparently they use this carrier in Italy. My parcel was simply lost and they could never track it. Despite multiple phone calls, listening on the phone and saying they’ll get on top of it. They never have and I’ve never received an email regarding the situation. I haven’t heard any news about what happened to my parcel, of I can get my parcel back as I paid for a service that wasn’t delivered, or an update to say they are working on it. Staff on the phone don’t seem to care. Beyond angry at this point and embarrassing service.
