Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. They were helpful via email and phone and with my questions when booking. The driver turned up on time and was very helpful and accommodating. We used one of the toddler seats and this was clean and in place. Highly recommend and will use again.

Dangerous for travelling with young children
I arranged a taxi pick up from Heathrow airport for my family of 2 adults and 2 children, requesting in advance, child seats for my two young children (4 and 6 years).
On arriving at the car, the child seats were present, however there was very little room for me to sit in between them. The driver (Gabriela) claimed that adults had sat between the seats before, however given I am a slim 5' 5" woman and could not fit, this seems unlikely. She tried to adjust the child seats, but could not, so I was forced to sit, painfully squashed, between the two seats in the middle seat of the Mercedes saloon. This is obviously dangerous and uncomfortable for me, but also meant that the two child seats were pushed out slightly, so in an accident, would not have provided the same protection.
Gabriela tried to tell my husband and I that we didn't need a car seat for my 6 year old as taxi regulations are different from private cars. This may be true, but in the event of a car crash (we were travelling at speed home on the M25), that would provide very little comfort!
I made it clear that had it not been for the late hour and travelling with exhausted children, we would not have got in the car. I have received no contact or apology from ProCars since the journey, and consider their actions in sending an unsuitable car / child seat combination and the driver's lack of concern for passenger safety, to be appalling.

Thank you for your opinion and feedback, and we are sorry you did not feel 100% comfortable on your journey, but was not a dangerous driving as you have all conditions requested by you and by the LOW, so what you stating is a DEFAMATION!
1. Unfortunately, when you made the booking, you didn't request a 7 Seater, an Estate or an Executive car, but only a regular saloon car for 4 people with 2 Child seats( free of charge). As with all regular cars, after adding two child seats inside, the space is reduced, and you should know that. As per our booking confirmation, you read and agreed to our T&C by booking with us.
Even so, we offer you for the outgoing trip a small discount of £5.00.
2. You did have as a driver Gabriela with an Estate Mercedes C Class. Other people who travelled in your situation even accepted the space in a regular car or other they requested a large car if they wanted to have more space for the trip.
3. On outgoing, you also had a regular estate car, the same size, and it seemed that it was no problem at the time.
4. Also, as we have feedback from many of our customers about Gabriela, she is a very good professional driver, very caring with customers. What she explained to you, that is not compulsory to have a child seat on public transport, is true, and that is the Public Transport Low.
She was just trying to make you feel more comfortable and maybe to make more space for you as she could in that circumstances.
5. Also, we were told by Gabriela that you asked why you didn't receive a Meet & Greet service, as you expected one.
Again, you have not requested that service as an additional extra service and explained that at the time of the booking, your driver will contact you after landing to inform you of the place of the meeting in the car park. T&C apply.
6. A confirmation of your booking requests and what type of car was sent to your mobile as provided just after the booking, and if any complaints or mistakes from our side, you should inform us before the time of travel to be able to adjust the booking requirements. Or, at least after the outgoing trip, to make changes for the return.
We think that in your circumstances, what we did was:
a) offering you a £5.00 discount for your trip to gain satisfied new customers.
b) not charging for an Estate car ( higher tariff)
c) offering free child seats
d) Bring the cars with free drinks on board for a pleasant trip.
If you are still unsatisfied with our service, you can call our office for more clarifications of your requests.
We are also very disappointed that after all our efforts for your trip, you have made this review without talking with us first and giving us the chance to clarify the situation, as normally happens.
As future advice, if you wish to have extra services like Executive cars and many more extra Services for your trips, we can, as well as any other company, offer you that if requested from the start of your booking with the additional cost.

Recently I travel with Pro Cars Woking taxi service, and my experience was fantastic.
From the moment I made the booking over the phone, the office operator was very polite and helpful.
I received a text confirmation of my booking 10minutes after.
Driver arrived on time with a clean car, smelling fresh inside and and with complimentary bottles of water inside.
Was friendly and professional.
The price was reasonable for my airport taxi journey to Heathrow airport on out going, and for the return pick up, I received a text message after landing and meet the driver easily.
Highly recommend Pro Cars Woking taxis for their excellent airport transfer services.

Helpful and timely support
