I was very pleased with Kay, he kept me informed all the way. The men were polite friendly and hard working. I would recommend anyone who wants a first class service to go to this company

They arrived on time and were friendly and professional. Will use again and recommend.

Kay is a great bloke to deal with. Attentive and proactive. As good as his word. His team were great. Friendly, professional and hard working. I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would recommend ProClearance without hesitation.

From start to finish an outstanding job! Kay was a delight to deal with and his team were respectful and super efficient. Having to deal with the clearance from 350 miles away was made stress free which means so much. Communication was excellent as was the value for money. Highly recommend. Thank you Kay and your team.

What an absolutely amazing experience. They were so fast, very responsive and have been extremely helpful with certain demands.

I’ve dealt with so many waste removal companies in Bradford and they are by far the best so far. Others are unresponsive and lack communication skills.

Really pleased and will be using them again.

Pro Clearance provided outstanding service. They arrived punctually and efficiently cleared a three-bedroom standalone house and its garage in no time. These professionals are straightforward and focused, delivering impeccable results. They shared photos of the waste being responsibly disposed of at a proper facility, offering peace of mind that there won't be any fines for illegal dumping. The team was courteous and friendly. I am definitely planning to hire them again and wholeheartedly recommend them to others needing clearance services. Keep up the excellent work!

Proclearance undertook a comprehensive overhaul of our property. They encountered significant issues which we were fully appraised of. All of the issues were resolved in an efficient manner.
Proclearance cleared the property and disposed of all the contents in an appropriate manner. They repaired and redecorated all the rooms as well as organising a new carpet throughout. Both front and rear gardens were cleared and bins emptied. Kay was in daily contact to provide daily updates with pictures. The comprehensive service was just what we needed to restore the property ready to be rented out.

Cleared my cluttered property in time for sale completion ; excellent liason and full information about costings thoroughly professional service highly recommended.

Responsive and polite individuals lead by Kay. Emptied the property as requested and are price competitive. Would recommend.

Excellent! Gave me full details of how they dispose of everything as well endeavouring to find homes for special items that needed someone to love them. They arrived on time, and Liam and Michael did a sterling job, including dismantling wardrobes, flat emptied in good time. Would recommend Kay and his team on their efficency, care, good humour and value for money.

Very pleased with Pro Clearance Service.
I was impressed with the information I was given especially the licence no. and what happens to the goods that are removed. The father and son duo were on time, polite and respectful and very efficient.
I would recommend .

Fantastic service from pro clearance. Quick response to my initial enquiry and a clear understanding of what was required. All communication with Kay before, during and after the move was clear and I felt confident that they knew exactly what I needed. Liam and Michael were polite and friendly and worked in a very challenging space without judgement. They treated the job so professionally and made a difficult day much easier to deal with. I cannot recommend them enough.

Great service from start to finish. Would highly recommend

Great guys, honest and trustworthy. Did a fast and efficient job

Excellent from beginning to end. Flexible. Good communicators. Kept us updated throughout. Arrived on time. Hard friendly workers - just got on with it, despite the constant heavy rain. Weren't pushy with their quote.

Hard working professional guys. Couldn’t fault them.
Would highly recommend.

I bought a table on Facebook marketplace and I’m absolutely delighted with it! Delivery men were so helpful, there on time and brought it in for me! Exactly as described so I’m very happy 😃

Kay was very easy to deal with, he helped us understand how this industry operates and made sure we looked him up on the official site to show he is registered to do this service. (Be aware that unauthorised companies may fly tip your stuff and this could come back to you). He was efficient, turned up on time and was a nice bloke to deal with. Excellent service.
