Quick response time

The CX team pestered a lot by phone unnecessarily
The CX team pestered a lot. The deal was across the line but it was a pressure pot style to get me signed up. Multiple unnecessary phone calls including after hours.
The application process was otherwise simple to follow and could have all been done online which eventually is what happened.

Brilliant loan service
Could not recommend these guys highly enough. So so easy to get simple business payment plans in place in minutes, with excellent interest rates. Beats the faff of going to the bank every time.

Very Easy and efficient
Very easy to set up and get the invoiced paid. I did add an invoice that was under the minimum to begin with and that has caused a little issue, but it was sorted quickly

Easy and amazing service to use!
What an amazing and easy service to use for my business! This has helped us with our cash flow during the downturn of the season, so simple to do and it was pretty much instant! Plus the follow up service that I received the very next day to make sure I was happy with the service was a very welcome surprise!
