Very caring and committed people. Jay oversaw the design team. With customer service and satisfaction they go above and beyond; they will even scrap your current design team for a new one if the design is not headed in the right direction. When finished I had two very different, unique designs that I ABSOLUTELY LOVED!!! How lucky am I! I was hoping to like just one but fall in love with two--AMAZING!!! Challenges occured with some files needing to have a higher resolution for printing purposes and the various file types. That took a while to sort out but diligent they remained addressing and correcting any issue that occurred which i appreciated very much! EXCELLENT in designing logos...highly recommend!

This was my first time using a service to design a logo. That being said, this was a huge time saver. The team assigned to me was quick and very easy to work with. The initial design to the finished product only took a few days, and most of that was because I was slow at responding. I will definately be using ProDesigns again in the future.

I engaged ProDesigns for a logo design campaign on a Monday and by Thursday of that same week, they delivered! Their engagement process was seamless. All transactions could be handled via email and through their customer portal. I will be back in the future.

I must say that I am a naturally skeptical person. So I went into this design process with a healthy dose of said skepticism. However, ProDesigns, really delivered and went beyond my expectations. The rep I worked with was attentive and listened to what I needed and was quick to respond. The designers had several good designs and we narrowed down on a final design after several revisions. In the end I asked for a pure white version of the final logo and was given one without any additional cost. The initial concept designs were promised in 2-3 days, but were delivered in just over 24 hours! The only complain, which really doesn't matter since they are so fast, is the time difference between the USA (where I am) and India (where the designers are). In the end each revision took about a day because of the time difference. Other than that they well deserve a 5-star rating. Thank you, I will definitely use the service again!
