I would not even give it a star if I could. I ordered a washer the first delivery they could not find my address. We rearranged and twice now waited home to be told on two occasions my washer has not been loaded on van. I get mistakes happen but twice, ive now been left with no washer and they do not care. Ill not be ordering again.

Various emails and texts. Day of delivery I did have to call as the tracking just showed scheduled. The lady I spoke to explained I would receive a call just before delivery and that the tracking kicks in 1 stop before mine.
The driver rang gave me eta. Well what a breadth of fresh air! The driver Lee G couldn't have been more helpful or considerate if he tried. He was respectful of my plants not to tread on or knock with the freezer. Thank you Lee for your happy demeanor and confident customer service

Great service start to finish Lee G who was the delivery guy was amazing was patient as was a large item to get in and funny along the way overall really pleased with the service and delivery was easy and fast super happy!
