DON'T FALL FOR THIS. If you are a new marketer, this organization might be helpful to you. From an experienced marketer's perspective, courses are quite stodgy and the information is dated. After one year, they will also automatically renew your membership and charge $1999. I only found the charge because I was reviewing my credit card accounts for charges exactly like this one - unauthorized. Most companies that automatically renew such a large fee will accept a cancelation soon after the charge when the user did NOT intend for the renewal to happen. However, the only help they offer is and AI-generated message that they are currently offline and do not issue refunds, and money charged can only be repurposed. If their products and services were useful, I'd still be using them, but they never offered information I didn't already know as a marketer. This is very poor business practice, and I would think a marketing organization would have stronger customer service. However, they do not. So, reviews or a lawsuit are your only recourse if you get scammed into thinking you need their offerings or a certification.

This program was a game-changer—it gave me the tools and perspective to connect product, people, and culture in ways that actually drive impact. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to move beyond theory and really understand how to shape markets and inspire action.

Engaging sessions and great networking. I’ve learned a lot about the latest GTM trends and best practices, especially related to AI, that will be super useful to apply in RevOps Leadership roles, and made new friends… all in just 2 days!

This was my first product operations summit. It has been excellent in content and speakers. It has also been amazing connecting with members from the product operations community and share perspectives on strategy.

The caliber of speakers blew my mind. Jen was a fantastic Emcee. Thank you for recording the sessions & sharing the slides! That will be very helpful. It was interesting to hear about how POps works in small & large companies.
Thank you for the reminder emails about the conference-even the ones the day before. I wasn’t sure where to go in the hotel though to pick up registration badge. The lunch was awkward though with heavy plates & nowhere to sit. Long day with so many presentations. It was helpful to have interactive breaks.

Great intimate event. Amazing speakers and interactive workshop sessions. Was great to talk to product marketing leaders in similar roles. Would definitely recommend.

I loved the topic coverage of the course; it's really helpful for someone who is just starting a product marketing career. However, I feel that the course is heavily focused on companies with sales teams and physical products; most examples revolved around product or feature launches and collaboration with sales teams who directly interact with customers. But not all companies fit this mold. As someone working in a company that offers services instead of physical products and operates entirely online, the content wasn't always clear on how I could adapt it to my daily tasks. Nevertheless, I found it extremely useful and would recommend it.

Great content and great courses. Certainly worth the investment. You can quickly learn the basics and while working on your product portfolio, make use of dozens of templates they have available, to jumpstart your career in product marketing management

PMA courses and community are a great way to learn and develop your skills as a product marketer. Making you a more confident and valuable team member, and leader in your field.

I became a Pro+ member for two years and passed both the Core and Advanced PMM certification, as well as some Master courses on market research, personae et narrative design. It gave me the theory I needed to not feel lost when I became the first PMM in my company, and allowed me to build the foundation for my new career. On top of the certifications, the templates and networking provided were great assets to me to build more experience and support my business without having to do it all from scratch, on my own. I really recommend the PMA for anyone starting in this career who needs to get on the ground running.

I recently completed the Product Marketing Alliance Competitive Intelligence training. The training has some great videos including some case studies, and multiple speakers from different companies. They provide you with a lot of materials including templates you can download on various competitive intelligence and win/loss topics.

PMA is a positive place of supportive colleagues sharing strategies and best practices helping each other be more effective in the profession. The community also provides valuable education opportunities to help keep skills relevant.
