Really happy with my experience with ProfessorPrints. The quality of the 3D printed products was excellent, with a really professional finish and great attention to detail. Everything felt well made, and it was clear a lot of care had gone into the design and production.

The whole process was easy, my order arrived on time, and it was packaged really well. Customer service was friendly, helpful, and kept me updated throughout.

If you're looking for high-quality 3D printed collectibles or unique gift-ready pieces, I'd definitely recommend ProfessorPrints. Great quality, great service, and I'd happily order from them again.

Ordered the pizza cutter for Father's Day with Express International delivery. 13 days after placing the order, I contacted customer service, asking if the processing time was long or the order had been overlooked.

The response I get is very nice - part of the e-mail reads "I can either prioritise getting it dispatched straight away with express shipping, or issue a full refund if you'd rather not wait. Just let me know which works best for you and I'll action it immediately. Apologies again for the delay."

I reply, that I would still like for the item to be sent, and I even get a confirmation and a promise, they will dispatch it the very next day, and send me the tracking info.

If only. Seven more days pass, I ask about it again, and I get the following response:

"Thank you for getting in touch, and I'm very sorry for the trouble and the lack of updates — that's not the experience I'd want for you. Rather than keep you waiting any longer, I've gone ahead and issued you a full refund, which should appear back in your account within a few working days depending on your bank. Apologies again for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience."

The correspondance has been fine, but I'm incredibly frustrated not only that the initial order was forgotten, the promised fix just never happened, and that they eventually decide on my behalf, I just can't get the item at all.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG YOU CANNOT GET HOLD OF THEM. I HAD TO TAKE THEM TO COURT TO GET ANY ACTION AND A REFUND.

We ordered a silk song helmet for my son’s Christmas present. Fully appreciate that there was some self assembly involved but we were sent two wrong parts with another two parts missing altogether. Still waiting to hear back from Professorprints for replacement parts or refund. Wouldn’t recommend.

I'm disappointed with the condition of the item it is marked and scuffed .

My item was damaged beyond repair and not delivered by Evri. This is not the fault of Professor Prints, however I have tried on multiple occasions over two weeks and different methods ("live chat" which is a bot, and email) to contact Professor Prints customer service to obtain a replacement or a refund and nobody has responded. I am now without a birthday gift for my mate and £15 down, with zero hope of getting the money back as there is no way to dispute the lack of delivery that I can find. I would not recommend using this company until they have a customer service team in place.
