Useless, outdated lessons, SCAM

Yo these guys are good if you want to hang out in a game and chill out while winning. I’d recommend PG to anyone who wants to start winning.

Been trying to use proguides to order game analysis and coaching. Every time I order it I make a simple request for a google document to be filled out with some simple details about the game. I've done this about 6 times now and only one of the coaches has done it. Every single other coach has simply ignored it.

Asked for a refund from a coach that never showed up to lessons and was told to close my Paypal dispute so they could convert the "credits" to a credit card refund. I asked them to take back the credits and to refund the card which they refuse to do.

Coaches may be gud, but you can get coaches from another site that are just as knowledgeable. what is terrible about this site is how expensive it is just for access. It is not worth the cost, all their old videos u can find on youtube, teaching you the same fundamental's. They have come out with zero new guides for lol in the year I have had access. Site doesn't even update guides or ruin/ builds on their champions. If I am Paying a premium then it should be better than free options but it worse than free options, Just lazy!

very bad pay I paid a trainer to teach me something in particular in LOL and he did not teach me anything, I took 100 dollars, I feel cheated

A wide variety of coaches that are willing to meet you where you are and give you great inside on the micro/macro aspects of the game, as well as win cons and how to play for those!

I purchased a membership as a gift 2 years ago. It was not at all clear that this was a SUBSCRIPTION, not a gift. The site is very misleading. They do not communicate to you prior to renewing the subscription, instead just charge your account. I requested a refund and their customer support team became salesmen, trying to sell me credits or a different bundle. Refused to give a refund.

What’s worse, even after I told them to cancel the subscription, THEY DIDNT. I was just charged AGAIN. WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. They have scammed me out of $191.76. Buyer beware
