My mother purchased a handcrafted
Fire Pit for my husbands 60th Birthday. Originally we were told we would have it within a week, sadly this didn’t materialise. I spoke to Roberto who was really very helpful and tried to chase the Blacksmith but he was difficult to contact..At last 3 weeks later it arrived and it is beautiful. Apart from the small hiccups I was delighted with the product and the help from the lovely Roberto. Sue

The Herschel mirrored infrared heater was ordered and safely delivered within a few days. No issues, all very smooth.

Great service and support- we ordered a heater which was out of stock at Amazon - ProHeat supplied it and even when our chosen colour was apparently impossible to get hold of, managed to do so - all in a matter of days!

It would be helpful to include a base plate for the grate to ensure the fire is stable. Otherwise, apart from a slight stuffiness, no complaints.

Good quality heavy duty fire pit thick steel built to last.

I wanted a fire pit that would last, not the thin things you normally see. This one is blacksmith made and as stated, uses 5mm thick steel. It will last for many, many years. I am very pleased with the product.
For the quality of the product the price is very reasonable.

My partner had purchased a new infa red wi fi Hershel heater and I wanted some advice on how to switch it on. As it wasn’t switching on by the switch.

Was a bank holiday so I phoned several places which just rang out. So I sent contact requests for someone to contact me.

Out of all the four companies I phoned. There was only Roberto who called me back. And unbelievably he even called me back on the bank holiday.

He explained I needed a wi fi controller for £79. And better still offered my a new customer discount so I placed this on order.

He kept me informed of the status of the order and when I needed help setting it up advised me what to do.

He couldn’t have been more helpful and kept me informed and helped me out from start to finish. Helping me to get exactly what I needed to set this heater up.

I would highly recommend pro heat and in particular Roberto who couldn’t do enough to help me and resolve any problems I had. And he will definitely be my first choice for any future orders with my heating requirements

The controller works a treat and will definitely contact Roberto in the future if i need any more parts or additional heater panels

Excellent customer support and design services! I was recommended by a friend to use ProHeat Supplies to help design my garden patio. My wife and I were looking for some electric heaters to use outside on the patio, but we did not know what we needed or where to put them. We have young children so safety is important to us.

Arthur and Roberto were very helpful and found the perfect product to heat our patio (Heatscope Pure 2400W). They helped us decide where to mount them, ensuring safety, aesthetics and the heating requirements were met.
