Ordered hockey shoes. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. Received no response to an email querying the process. Called them today to discover they don't have the shoes we ordered, so had to ask for a refund.

Avoid this company at all costs. Advertised as having the hockey stick in stock, for delivery 3/4 days. 2 weeks later no sign of it and the company doesn’t respond to emails and the tel no. given is out of service.
Only way I managed to get a response was via Facebook - 4 weeks later hopefully I’ll get my money back.
Dreadful service.

Do not use this amateur operation. I purchased several items through this website. The goods arrived separately after very slow delivery times and only after I chased them by phone (emails were ignored). I paid to return one item and a return was sent back in the wrong colour. I paid to return that item and heard nothing for a month. When I inquired, they claimed never to have received the return even though I have a Royal Mail delivery confirmation at their address (which I sent them). They then claimed I had missed the return window which they calculated off the original delivery date. Subsequent emails trying to resolve the situation have gone unanswered and I am out of pocket for the goods they have "lost" somewhere. After three months and all the back and forward perhaps I technically did not meet all the terms and conditions - who knows - but the customer service is woeful regardless. A case study in how not to run an on-line business.
