The process buying was easy .. the tracking I found was good and especially the product came in good condition .. my ten month old granddaughter enjoys the book .. we had to remove a few things because she is a little too young but we will add in the future.. I will definitely look at your products for her learning experiences.

Missing part replaced within a week!
Ordered and received a smart load, however it was missing a small bag of parts
I received the board several months ago, but just opened it for grandaughter. I emailed.and within a week they replaced the entire board. Prompt and courteous.

My order was stolen from my gate
My order was stolen from my gate (first time this happens) because nobody was home when it was delivered. I wrote to Project Montessori explained what had happened and they resent the order at no cost to me. I appreciate this as this order was my grandnephew's birthday present.

The essential tools accompanying the hugely-enjoyed truck we had purchased in the UK for our grandson were confiscated when our daughter, returning with him to America, forgot to put them into her hold luggage. Our grandson was heartbroken. Montessori came to the rescue, exceeding our expectations in every way. Their quick, kind and understanding response was out-matched by their solution. They immediately said they would replace the truck in its entirety and, what's more, deliver it, free of charge, to our grandson in Los Angeles. They were as good as their promise. Result: one joyous two-and-a-half-year old, a very impressed mother and and extremely grateful and appreciative grandparents who have made sure Montessori's customer care is reported to everyone they meet!

I needed to return/get a replacement…
I needed to return/get a replacement for a toy I ordered. Communication was quick and easy and I was very satisfied with the resolution.Customer service was excellent. The only negative was that the replacement took quite awhile to arrive.
