Great item, family loves to view movies on a big screen.

Thanks for "taking care of business" in your help to me when there was an issue with my selection. Your salesperson stepped in and made the process work for me.

This is the second time I've purchased from Projector SuperStore. They are a class act and get my orders promptly shipped. Highly recommend!

In the age of quick ecommerce fulfillment and Amazon. 3 days to process an order is an eternity. Order still has yet to ship. Order confirmation emails recieved a day after order submission. With all of the options to shop online, turn around time should be much quicker. Thanks.

My product is back ordered and i was not informed upfront.I still do not know when my product will get to me and my money is in your pocket now. Not good business in my mind.

Decided to tell me after the order that there is a 10 day lead, which I am guessing means you drop ship and do not store anything in house. So I cancelled, have to wait for the refund, then find another place to buy one from.

Ordered the screen that we wanted only to find out is discontinued. Why is it still on your website?

Excellent sales support, answered my questions before sales, and after. Shipment was very quick, as they promised.

Please keep updating your website if models are upgraded

Very bad. Cancelled my order

Back ordered item promptly cancelled and refunded. Thanks.

The folks at Projector Superstore made sure my order was processed quickly. I received my order one day earlier than promised

ProjectorSuperStore was very straight forward and helpful in picking out what I needed. Was able to save $ over the other places I was shopping. Thanks for the help!

From the moment I clicked place order everything was communicated to me in a timely manner with everything I needed to know. Will return for all my projector needs and will recommend to others.

The Projector Super Store gets 5 stars from me regarding a projector replacement lamp. My Optoma needed a new bulb. I purchased online at another outlet and it failed within a month. I discovered the Super Store and discovered that they carry the genuine optoma replacement lamps at a very reasonable price. The bulb, the wattage, etc. is exactly what my projector required. It arrived at my door super fast and was packed in a factory Optoma container. The brightness and color clarity match exactly how it was when the projector was new. I am so glad I discovered the Projector Super Store and highly recommend. THANKS !

Personal communication is critical when purchasing audio visual equipment. Projector SuperStore provided the details as the order was being processed.

I had 2 projectors go out in a church auditorium when the bulbs in both hit the 4000 hour mark simultaneously. Being in a pinch and needing them working by the weekend, I came across Projector Superstore. Their shipping was ultra fast and their communication was excellent. They even saved me money by tweaking the order. Having projectors working within 2 days and saving a bunch of money made me look like a hero. Thank you!

So far my experience with Projector SuperStore has been nothing short of amazing. I found a projector that was selling for much less than other offers I could find - and I looked at dozens of retailers. Also, due to my own error, I made some mistakes in the checkout process and I was disappointed I could not apply a discount I had found...not only did their service team fix the problem I made, but they credited me a discount as well! These people are just amazing. Thank you!
