It was a rock solid process from start to finish. I think there were a few points where it took patience. Some things drug on a bit without knowing what was going on. But at the end of the day, the amount of money saved more than made up for any inconveniences. I would do it all over again and am so glad I went with PS. It's a fantastic outfit

My Electric bill this summer was a joke. Thanks project Solar. I live cooler and have more $$$ in my pocket every month. TY very much.

They did what they said they would do. Solar installed at 1/2 the price of the door to door folks. Eliminate the middleman and save a Bunch! $$$

I had the opportunity to gather quotes from several solar salesmen, and to my surprise, the estimated cost for Project Solar came in at approximately half the price of the other options. I must express my sincere gratitude for this remarkable disparity in cost.

I was happy with the price I paid for the solar. But along the way, Project Solar was just unbelievably incompetent and... just bad. Highlights include:
It took over 100 emails and probably 50 phone calls from start to finish
One full year from when I signed the contract to when the panels were activated
Six months from when I paid in full until panels were passed inspection and activated
Panels were on the roof for four months before we could get the inspection passed
Installers came and tried to install the wrong panels
Installers came and tried to install the panels in the wrong place
Installers didn't have knowledge of requirements in my town, I had to coordinate requirements with the city
They told me I had to be there to sign for the panels, so I took the day off work. No call, no show, no delivery. They finally answered the phone the next day and told me the panels would be brought by the installers
They never once called me to do anything proactively. I had to call and poke and push them to do every thing, every time. When an inspection failed, I was not notified and NOTHING AT ALL HAPPENED until I called them and told them they needed to fix issues.
That's just the highlights, poor service and poor communications at every step.
