Why is in every package a book? That book cost very much, and y have one from the first package. Y don’t need a new one in every package y command. Thank you.

The diet is a bit hard but doable, the doctor not so nice, but not so bad either... overall xp was ok.ish

Cum ar fi sa mi dati mailuri în romana? Ca banii pe care I am dat sunt bani românești. La 1000 lei nici măcar mailuri În romana nu va deranjați sa dati?

Minunat programul! Provocator... benefic pentru sanatate!

Nu m-a contactat nimeni ,asa cum vazusem in clipurile altor clienti platiti de ei sa le faca publicitate.A doua zi dupa ce am inceput,mi- a fost foarte rau.Am varsat toata ziua, aveam o presiune in ceafa,dureri de ochi si eram leguma. A trebuit sa plec de la munca si am dormit 3 ore.
A treia zi am continuat programul, dar nu am mai mancat ciocolata care avea un gust de ranced si am banuit ca de la ea mi-a fost rau.
In continuare a decurs totul normal dar nici urma de kilograme pierdute cum viceau toti in testimoniale pe internet.Nu cred ca am facut un detox corespunzator cu acest program.Un plus este ca a venit foarte repede.Am comandat seara si dimineata mi-a ajuns.
Mentionez ca aveam un mod de viata sanatos.Fac sport si mananc salate,legume, supele (sunt ca cele din program).Am 62 kg si inaltime de 1.64 m, deci nu sunt o obeza care a intrat fara o pregatire in prealabil in acest program.dezamagita totalllll.

I love the packaging and although the boxes seem small I have been coping well. Day 2 was the worst for me. I am now on day 4 so still in progress. The only thing I would change is that since I’m not a Romanian native speaker I would prefer to receive all the pamphlets and menu card details in English. I love the book and enjoy reading about the journey of prolon.
My aim is to be healthier and not for weight loss. I am doing it mostly to support my husband who is also doing the 5 day diet with me but he is finding it way too hard to cope with the same amount of food that I’m taking. Perhaps men need more to sustain them. My husband needs to lose weight but doubts he can manage another experience like this again, however I plan do the second fast again soon. Thank you for listening.
