Always an A+ Experience

I've been ordering from Prolon for a few years now, and my experiences have always been very positive. I recently had a slight shipping issue with a relatively small package (just fasting bars), and the customer service (shout-out to David) was stellar. Went out of his way to help, with very detailed, helpful info. You get the feeling that this company truly does have your back!

Let’s of trouble ordering

I still haven’t tried the product yet, but purchasing the product was definitely an issue. The website is not very good. It seems to be glitchy and trying to use the chat is not easy at all.

Once I did finally reach someone to answer my questions I did feel like it was knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunate the website is a serious problem and it does discourage me from trying to get anything done.

Also, I ordered the subscription since it was recommended to do it once every three months. I got charged the shipping fee, even though I was not supposed to get charged a shipping fee due to doing the subscription. Now I’m having a hard time getting back to customer service to get the refund as they told me I would get the refund, but I still have not gotten any notification about it. Overall purchasing experience has been difficult and it’s making me consider not continuing this subscription as this has not been good.

I always feel better when I speak to a LIVE person in customer service! I was having trouble logging into my account to take advantage of their 20% sale. Upset that it was over I called. After speaking to Manuel, in customer service and who graciously gave me the 20% PROMO, I ended up ordering the products I needed to continue on my journey to getting healthy and updated my subscription for the 5 day fast kit. I really love the system. It wasn't always working and that's why I ordered their shakes and bars to help me continue the fasting process. Keep up the good work PROLON!!

I don't care for the checkout process…

I don't care for the checkout process at all. All I did was click on the free shipping tab to see if it applied to my order and it placed the order without being able to review it so therefore added the 4.95 protection fee which I never would have added. I gave 5 starts as customer service waived the shipping and protection fee as a courtesy.

I highly recommend Prolon's products.

I did the five days program so many times, minimum twice a year, usually three or four times a year, my body loves it!!!. I feel great physically, mentally, emotionally. It keeps me balanced.

With my husband and my son we also take the protein, the chocolate and the berries, we subscribed and received ones a months. It make us feel satisfied, but not have heavy, full of energy, easy to digest, great with our skin, and Delicious!!!

I also love the fasting shake, It keeps me full, but focus and with energy all they at work!

We highly recommend their products!

Products based on science

Prolon is a great company that provides products based on scientific research on health & longevity. I discovered prolon after being diagnosed with cancer and truly believe that regular use of their FMD programs have helped to prevent recurrence. Many people are skeptical because they are thinking of this as a weight loss program. That is not what this is for, though it can help with that. The prolon fmd (and their other products as well) provides benefits on a cellular level that increase health and longevity. I recommend that anyone interested read The Longevity Diet by Dr Valter Longo to understand the science behind it!

Not for everyone, and not worth full price.

I tried the five day fast a while back and most of the food was fine, I actually enjoyed a couple of the soups, and absolutely hated a couple. I do wish you could have more control over the flavors and had an option for an equivalent substitution (I hate olives). I ended up feeling really sick by day four and had to stop.
My boyfriend also did it and really enjoyed the fast. He doesn't write reviews, so this is also for his experience. He ended up losing about five pounds. He has done it again recently, and again, enjoyed it. He bought this recent box at a discount and then forgot to cancel the subscription immediately. So while the price with the discount was worth it, the next box coming in at $218 was very much NOT worth it for a five day fast. There is no email or notice that it is about to send the second box, only an email to advise it's on its way and you've been charged the $218. So he is definitely canceling today. We just wish there was some notice it is about to charge you, and that it was $218 for a five day fast. That's very extreme for what you get, and very much not worth it.

I do think he would do it again in the future, but not for anything more than the discount price and I'll be following up with him that he canceled the subscription immediately.

His renewed subscription was from today, his most recent fasting was probably about two months ago. My experience was probably about one year ago.

I did not place an order for prolon. You charged my credit card. I called first thing this morning and told you to cancel it. I do not want your product at this time. If I wanted it, I would’ve ordered it. I resent that you automatically charged my card and placed an order.

Horrible interface on phone

Horrible interface on phone. I had to switch to my laptop and because of that lost connection to my shop account. It ended up getting charged to a card I did not want to use.
