Initially, during booking, very helpful but NOT AT THE EVENT ITSELF
Only one member of staff turned up instead of 2.
She was late.
She went off to get radios and never reappeared.
We could not get through to anyone to find out what was happening.
After our event I contacted Promed and was told she was at the event as control had checked in on her at least twice during the day.
We had no way of contacting her if she was there.
They knew nothing about the medical incident that occured during the event.
I am still waiting to hear back as to what happened.

Our team had the privilege of attending one of ProMeds first aid courses last year and it was very informative and interactive. We had Georgia as Simon was unable to be there but it was obvious that she has learnt from the best. Great course, great people and very useful, if you want to do a first aid course I highly recommend ProMed!!

ProMed consistently impresses with its rapid and amicable service, always eager to assist on short notice. Truly grateful for their support!

Pro-Med provided our event cover for a Summer Open Day, they were fantastic to deal with before, during and after the event. I can highly recommend their service, our First Responder on the day was Carla and she was brilliant.

Was out in Chester NYE to celebrate and a friend of mine fell really unwell, (possibly drank too much 😅) but Matt D, who sadly doesn’t want his full name mentioned was there to help us and communicated well with us and the bouncers to sort him some water and a place to sit down until we could get him home in a taxi. Matt we can’t thank you enough and I hope you personally get to see this review as I do not want your effort to be unnoticed!

ProMed supplied first aid support at a recent sports event. They were extremely helpful and provided a superb service at quite late notice, which we are very grateful for.

Their staff and set-up were extremely professional and kept a visible presence which put a lot of our attendees at ease. They were quick to respond in a calm manner to incidents and ensured comfort for players who required attention.

We have no question that we will be contacting ProMed to attend future events and recommend them highly for their professional performance and friendly demeanour.

Thanks for tonights a very interesting webinar on the operational side of cardiac arrest. Took some very good points away from it.
