They are great! I started using their services in 2015 and have used them ever since! They were some hiccups at one point and they worked all of that out. They are reliable, have great customer service and help me with all my YouTube promo needs. Be careful of copycats, a lot of people have come up with copycat products that will cause negative effects on your channel.

I have been using Promolta.com for years to promote my lifestyle channel. The platform is easy to use and I’ve grown my audience considerably more than I ever could have on my own

Promolta has helped me from the very beginning of my YouTube channel. They grew my views and subscribers. I still promote some of my videos through Promolta.

I did a promo for a YouTube video which initially had 12 views before I signed up with Promolta, paying them $450 to generate 4.5k views which in itself is pricy, though would’ve been okay if they would at least generate real views.
Promolta ostensibly generated 14k views which I found out to be fake and likely mechanized by bots. How do I know it was fake?
When the views got to about 6k, they made 2 short irritating comments on the video to simulate viewer comments, but no more comments even after the video got to over 14k views. Statistics shows that, if the views were real, it would have attracted at least 1% to 2% viewer comments I.e. 140 to 280.
To make it worse, they never responded to messages I sent 4 days to the expiration of my 7 day campaign wanting to ask if and how I can make an adjustment to the campaign, only coming back 3 days after the expiration of the campaign, not even acknowledging my email but only to make a bogus boast of the fake results their campaign fetched me and to ask if wanted to run a similar campaign on another YouTube video. That’s horrible customer service, doesn’t that show they only care about the money?
I’ve asked if they can show proofs that the supposed views they generated for me were real people and not BOTS, but they are yet to come back.
My experience tells me that Promolta YouTube video promotional service is disappointingly a fraud.

Their FAQs state "We have a premium network of blogs, games, websites, apps and social networks that will display your video to their real audience"

However, analytics show that the views arising from a campaign originate from sites like 'skylom.com' and 'popmack.com' - these are sites where people are paid to watch videos. So definitely not quality, well-targeted advertising. Will add 'real' views but you're highly unlikely to gain a new following given the audience is essentially manufactured.

SUPER Fake Sevice provider! I tried to promote my Youtube channel and was promised 10,000 views for $100 a month. In the first month, I only received 1500 views. When I contacted them directly, which was a process to find, I received a one-line email. They wrote " your business is important to use, we always fulfill our promises. your contract will be extended". I gave them another shot...silly me the next month was a slight improvement, I got 2500 views of the 10,000/ month promised. So from here, I contacted them again, with no response this time, I cancelled the promotion. Not over yet, the third month they decided to charge me anyways, even though I had cancelled and they still had not replied to any emails...bottom line is, don't waste your time or money. They make big promises and produce lacklustre results.

Great company, excellent customer service, and actually get more organically then you pay for.
