From start to finish Tom was amazing, customer service was on point, even delivering boxes and tape so I could pack everything up ready for the move. On the day everything went smoothly from home to my chosen storage unit, no stress at all! Lovely team, I even recommended to a friend the same day. Would absolutely use Pro Move again if needed. Thankyou so much!

Tom and the team moved me from Gloucester a year ago to Sussex. They were polite and efficient and very supportive during a very stressful time - as we all know house moves are. I had no hesitation in working with Tom and team again this year to move my long term storage closer to home, now in Sussex. I would recommend the team as a local company in the Gloucestershire area. Pro Move did our house move from Gloucester. Tom and the team were helpful and as accommodating as you could possibly wish for through the whole process. Even though our move on the day was delayed until early evening no extra was charged and all our possessions were carefully handled. Given how stressful moving is you need a removals firm you can trust and I would definitely recommend Pro Move.

This company are amazing. If you are moving to or from the Gloucester area, book them! My original removal firm cancelled 3 days before my move. Miraculously when I rang Tom, he said he could help if I moved a day earlier than planned as it was his only free day. Sounds stressful but from the moment I spoke to him, I knew I was in safe hands. On the day, Tom & Connor were truly fantastic - kind, careful, super-efficient & really easy to work with. They went the extra mile both packing & unpacking the van. They worked a long day but were cheerful & helpful throughout. Honestly, I can't rate them highly enough. Thank you Tom & Connor!

Highly recommend Tom, helped us when we needed a moving date at short notice, turned up on time, and was so efficient, did everything to make the move go as stress free as possible, with small kids running around, we definitely wouldn’t have coped without him.

I’d used Tom for a smaller job several months ago and was so impressed we chose to use Pro Move for our house move from Gloucester to Cheltenham.
I can’t fault anything from start to finish. Tom came round a week before the move with all the packing boxes, tape and bubble wrap that we needed to pack the house.
On moving day everything went smoothly which is all you can ask for. Tom and his team were helpful, friendly and very hard working.
I recommend them to anyone planning on moving anything from a couple of items to a complete house move.

What can I say that’s not been said before…. I’m an ex estate agent of 17 years - moving is horrific and stressful and probably one of the most frustrating things we do…. Unless …

You book these guys - the “John’s” are like no other. Smart - both in uniform and attitude. Can do - is an understatement. And to top it all off we had a real giggle. (17 years of moving people - let me tell you that’s a shock!! )

It wasn’t a huge move, but Tom treated us like we had a million pound property. He took ridiculous care of my shabby chic stuff, covering all my treasured possessions carefully. (More carefully than I would have) with side kick Conor - they smilingly moved my oversized furniture round the wonky bends of my tiny cottage.

My stuff is currently residing in storage, and when I find my forever home - i can honestly say - I’ll wait until they have availability to move me.

The beautiful headbands & barbie soundtrack were clearly the highlight… but I’m not sure that’s a standard service. But if you are loathing the idea of moving - it’s worth considering the upgrade. 😃

It’s worth knowing - they aren’t just removal guys. They will do the whole shebang - packing you up - to actually providing storage. It’s not just a 5 ⭐️ it’s a 5 FLAT CAPS from me.

Tom and the guys were brilliant. Tom dealt with all my daft questions and set me at ease and I knew the guys would have it covered. We had the full service and it worked a treat. Easiest house move so far and they make the whole process from quote to settlement simple.

From the off I knew Tom was our man! Having been let down by our arranged removal firm we were left with an additional dilemma adding to the usual stress of moving!

On first speaking to Pro Move, I was filled with reassurance and renewed confidence. Nothing was too much trouble. His crew were excellent always checking and checking again. No mishaps, no breakages and no worries. I would definitely use these guys if we were to ever move again. Tom’s crew were very thorough and very happy - they all knew that this attitude is a must during such stressful times!! We had a lot of laughs along the way!
