My instructor was very easy to work with and helped me to incorporate my ideas into my writing. She also had great feedback. This feedback taught me how to be a better writer for my next papers to come. I never had to more than a couple days for her to check my work and get back to me.

We have a very (very) reluctant writer, and after years of struggling to motivate her in homeschooling, we knew we needed the big guns to get us through her college essay prompts. Enter Prompt. What an answer to prayer! We left her completely in the editors' hands. They were encouraging and helpful, building on what she either gave (which was usually minuscule) or asked for (brainstorming) to get her to the finish line of each essay. She was invited to interview for her college's honors program when others with higher caliber resumes were not. (And they helped us with her resume, too!). Can't recommend Prompt highly enough!

Working with Prompt was quick and helpful. Turnaround time was very short. They helped guide which of our essay ideas worked best and story flow. I would use again and recommend.

Prompt was super helpful in editing my personal statement for the Common App! I thought I had it all together beforehand, but Prompt showed me that it could be even better. Even if you think your essay is good enough, you could use Prompt! Don’t hesitate!!!

Prompt was not only extremely reliable in how quickly they provided feedback, but they were also very helpful for keeping me on pace to finish my college essays on time. The editing was consistent throughout the process and helped me become a more polished and accurate writer. Both my main writing coach and timeline counselor were responsive, understanding, and professional.

Coming in to college application season, we knew that we would need help with essay writing which seemed like a daunting task. We were so glad to come across Prompt on YouTube.

Our son worked with the assigned coach for a couple months and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
- Feedback is really great, detailed, and is returned quickly. Having outlines helped prepared, and in general coaching calls helped a lot with brainstorming and ensuring our son felt confident writing essays.
- The coach was great at listening to input and giving rationale behind why or why not he suggests our son should incorporate the idea into the draft. He was accommodating and making space for our son to explore ideas.
- Appreciated how Prompt checked in regularly on what to work on next, what's already done, etc. Also liked how feedback was returned in 2 days or even less, detailed Action Plan docs / coaching calls → "made it a lot less harder to have writer's block because everything was planned out already." Prompt provided a lot of structure for not just writing but also time management.

Prompt was really helpful! I liked that there were no harsh due dates, but friendly reminders of when drafts/apps were due. Written feedback was very detailed and helpful, whether with bigger changes or smaller ones like grammar, syntax, etc.
Coaches gave detailed feedback and I could tell they really took the time to read their writing. Coaching sessions were pretty casual/not intimidating, and very helpful with brainstorming and outlining before starting drafts. Eva and Dylan were both very nice!

Prompt not only helped me get into my dream school but also allowed me to grow as a writer. I had an incredibly positive experience with both Leigh and Jane who maintained high standards and most importantly, helped my own voice shine in my essays. They offered suggestions and guiding questions instead of handing me the changes, making sure that my personality wasn't sacrificed in my essays. In addition, Chezy and the whole Prompt team were always helpful, with quick feedback times, especially when it got close to deadlines. I was overall incredibly satisfied with Prompt's help and am really happy about the way my essays turned out!

I Really liked Elizabeth and how it wasn't like she was writing all my essays for me. It was more so a guided experience! Elizabeth's feedback wasn't prescriptive (i.e., having me add/delete things with no rationale, etc.) but instead provided me with brainstorming prompts. I appreciated the open communication and how quickly I was able to receive feedback. Lastly, this process really complemented my working style, because I do not procrastinate, and I am self motivated. It is an independent and self motivating process to write and submit essays, which is why Prompt worked for me!

Personally had a really great experience with Prompt, the feedback was really great, detailed, and was returned quickly, as opposed to just simply asking for friends/peers or other untrained editors. My coach Shayan was incredible friendly and helped a huge deal putting the essays together. We also connected personally on some of the topics which made coming up with essay material easier and more enjoyable. The overall structure of the service with regular check ins, coaching calls, and action plan documents really guided me through the process and I’m glad to have used Prompt in my application process.

Working with my coach Alex was a wonderful experience, and definitely helped as I applied to over 20 schools. Would highly recommend!

If I could give my son's coach, Anna, higher than a 5 rating, I would! Here feedback was spot on and felt set him apart from other applicants. Feedback was returned within 24 hours. They were even able to work with our short timeframe for Early Action submission.

We really liked the initial zoom meeting and then written feedback for the remaining process. It saved my son a lot of time not setting up calls each time.

Initially I signed up for a workshop through Beacon High School with my other child, and I attended a couple of workshops. I liked the concept and giving me the chance to talk to sales about the options.
Caitlin was super supportive and quick with responses. My daughter had a short deadline of two weeks before 11/1 and so with Caitlin being so supportive we made our tentative deadline. She was super nice to my daughter and gave her some good ideas and pointers. I like that Prompt is encouraging students to think and not just answers served on a plate. She made my daughter do quite a bit of revisions. And it was really important to hear a professional opinion and not just mine as a parent. It went so smoothly.
Super super happy with the results. My daughter is very detailed. She started writing in summer, revised, got new ideas, and realized in October only two weeks before the deadline that she needed help. We are satisfied and comfortable with the end result.
Response time and communication. All questions have been answered. All around responses were very quick and helpful. I even got responses late at night. Outline and plan was very helpful and concise in onboarding.

We were so glad that we decided to use Prompt's personal statement service. Our daughter had thought of what she wanted to write but did not want our help in the editing or feedback process. Having someone outside our family be a sounding board took all the stress out of the process. Our daughter was very happy with the feedback she received and her final essay. Thank you!
