We found Paul @ PD Property reports Ltd to be very professional in his approach, The report he provided was both informative & very clear (Jargon free) it provided a deep dive incite into the properties condition & highlighted major concerns through a simple rating process whilst identifying areas that needed urgent attention or could pose a H+S red flag which helped us to make a conscious decision to purchase the property, I would certainly recommend PD Property reports to anyone who wants a quick, clear & concise report,

I have used this company twice for surveys and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The reports are so detailed, with lots of photos of things that I did not spot myself when viewing the property.
I am also able to go back and review the first report, even though it was done over 12 months ago. This comes in handy for photos of the roof etc that I wouldn’t have access to otherwise.
