Account Closure
I wasn't aware that I created an ongoing account and would be charged a fee. I reached out to Pamela and she shared that I had created an account and would be charged. I asked if I could close the account and get a refund in which she did. All this was over chat and taken care of very quickly, 5 minutes.

I thought I was getting one report for $1. they charged me $9.95 for some subscription. I did the online chat with Nora and explained. she cancelled it so I wouldn't be charged further and refunded the $9.95.
