Me and my husband engaged PropertyTwins as our buyer’s agent for our first investment property. I’ve seen their account in instagram and resonated with them their property journey. I like that they experienced it by themselves on their own investments and sharing their learnings through their service. As we are planning to invest interstate, they are really helpful. We tried to do it at first on our own but I firmly believe, we wouldn’t be able to purchase our first investment as quickly and able to sleep without worrying. I like that we personally communicate with Sana and Mona and all questions are answered. They also have know relationship with other services needed so it was smooth transaction. Procedures from start until what’s expected in settlement are well explained. Great experience with them.

I initially engaged Property Twins based on a direct referral from a friend, expecting at least a baseline level of professional service. I couldn't have been more wrong.

After reaching out, they couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone to call me back. When I finally did get a response, it was via a poorly constructed text message riddled with bad English.

When I responded to try and get things on track, they actually had the audacity to cancel my appointment entirely, claiming they "didn't like my tone."

If this is how they handle a warm lead from a past client, I can't imagine how they operate their actual business. It takes a lot to shock me when it comes to bad customer service, but their sheer arrogance and complete lack of basic communication skills take the cake. Talk about unprofessional.

Save your time and find someone who actually wants your business and knows how to pick up a phone.

They are best in the business. Working with this team made the mortgage process incredibly smooth. They were professional, transparent, and went above and beyond to find me the best rate. We have just completed our second experience/ transaction with Property Twins and once again we are delighted with the outcome - and it’s why we returned for their excellent service! Looking back, choosing Sana and Mona as our buyers agents about two years ago was a really great decision.

Because this was an SMSF purchase, we were very cautious. The focus was on buying in the right area with solid long-term fundamentals. Not even two years on, we’re clearly seeing the benefits of that decision through a solid 35% growth performance and strong rental yield increase.

Sana and the lovely team have also continued to support us as our broker, even for our PPOR and all our investment property loans, providing loan reviews which resulted to re-financing to better lenders which provided the best valuation so that we could tap into our equity to be used for the purchase of another IP which is settling next month! The automatic periodic loan reviews also resulted to interest rate reductions which is another clear win!

The SMSF property is now giving us a neutral cashflow - even with a P&I SMSF loan.
