Underslung Gas Tank on Swift C402
I had an underslung gas tank fitted by Propex, to a 6mt Motor Home in April 2023 and I am very satisfied with that.
At the end of the year the original regulator failed without warning but, fortunately I had bought a spare so I had one to fit and I have now just ordered another spare which arrived promptly.
I understand that there is no blame on Propex for a regulator suddenly failing and I found them to be very helpful with advice and efficient with sending me the new spare.

Rather expensive
The modified part needed to fix my gas heater was very expensive for what it was. Seeing how it fixed a design flaw, I would have hoped it would have been supplied at cost or possibly less.

Thankyou for taking the time to leave us a review. From your order we can see you ordered a HS1800/HS1600 version, this heater will be around 15-20 years old. The upgrade isn't replacing a design flaw, the Omron sensor in the upgrade kit hadn't been invented yet and no Omron sensor was in the previous models of heater. I've passed on your query on the price, the kits are made up individually in house by hand and by upgrading to the Airflow upgrade kit, you are investing in the longevity of your heater.

Their staff are always very polite, helpful and knowledgeable about all their products including all the older models they don't make any more, they carry a large range of spares and accessories for all current heaters and water heaters and some for older ones, every order has been despatched and delivered quickly, I would definitely recommend buying from them.

Had purchased spares from proprex one of the items was wrong I had to send proof of the wrong part and this was dealt with almost immediately three days later I had the correct part. Nice and easy process and the lady who dealt with me was helpful and professional. Thank you propex.
