We have been in business since 2009 and have self managed since then, so we know what we are doing! Our response times to tenants is immediate in business working hours, out of hours in emergency cases it is also immediate, We have a management team, this includes our own handyman, property manager, clerical manager and General manager who all ensure quality delivery of our services. You will notice that the large majority of our rooms have en-suites and our properties are finished to the highest of standards, we provide as many "mod-cons" as we can and are always looking to provide more. Great service with thoughtful consideration around decorations, with great cleaning inclusive, willing to listen to customers. However, lacking in practical consideration, e.g: kitchen exhaust is not present for the newly designs kitchen, but so far it is developing into a direction.

I instructed Propinvest last year to manage renting my property. I found questions (some silly ones!) answered within 24 hours, with clear, concise responses, but with a personal touch . They were very thorough and methodical with checks and paperwork. This gave me confidence using Propinvest. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend if you don't want the stress of doing it yourself, but know it will be done properly and professionally

Arvin and Lukas have been nothing but helpful. It took just two days from first contact to signing the contract and having a move in date. They provided all the information I needed and would answer any questions I had. They are effective and made the process so simple.
The only downside is that I didn't meet them earlier.

I have lived with propinvest72 for the past three years and I would highly recommend. The two apartments I rented with them was well furnished and equipped. The rent was affordable and they offered good deals. There was good communication when there was any maintenance issue. It was a friendly and safe environment to live and close to university area. Thank you for giving me a safe place to live.

I had a warm welcome, to a clean and well furnished room with everything that comes in a home. I feel safe and l have settled in well. I would recommend renting from this company without a doubt the landlord is hands down is one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting and renting from. The team that is within the company is amazing they are all friendly, approachable and are willing to help with any issues that arise. I wouldn't want to rent from any other landlords except this one

I have been a tenant with propinvest 72 for the past 6 years.
Moving in the property was very well designed and well maintained.
The landlord is very friendly and welcoming almost like a small family.
Any maintenance I report direct and the works always get done quickly and efficiently.
I would highly recommend renting a property through Propinvest72.
Not only are the properties higher standard than 99 percent of other similar rentals but the rent is very fair and the landlord is very welcoming and friendly

Great company, great landlord.
Been renting a business premises off Propinvest72 for over 7 years now. If they’re has ever been a problem which they’re has been very few as the property’s are immaculate it gets sorted instantly.

DC is a great landlord! His properties are all of a very high standard and the interiors are just fabulous 😍 a lot more luxurious than other similar rentals. Recommended by me 100%😁👍

Stayed for almost a year with these guys and they're very responsive to any issues I've had as well as clearly provide any information I need.
Overall super happy with the experience and would definitely recommend these guys!
