Excellent fast repair of our Sage Barista Express. We have used Paul before and service is always excellent and repair carried out quickly.

Our Sage Barista machine stopped working. Having attempted to fix it ourselves and failed, I reached out to Paul. Within 48 hours we had our machine returned, fixed, and ready to use. Paul was responsive, knowledgable and personable throughout. I was very impressed.

Fantastic repair and service of our Sage Oracle coffee machine. From start to finish took less than 48 hours. Paul gave us invaluable advice about how to keep our machine working. While I hope we don't need his help for awhile we know have somewhere to go if ok Ur believed coffee machine needs more TLC.

Paul sorted out the issue I had with my Sage machine and had it all fixed and ready for collection much quicker than initially quoted. Will gladly use him again if I get any future issues with it.

Paul provides an excellent service. I have an older Sage Barista Express machine. It hadn't been performing well for a while and started to make some odd noises so I decided to finally get it serviced, I did some extensive research to find an appropriate repairer and glad I found ProPresso. I got a call back straight away, explained the issue and Paul arranged to see me the very next day, luckily I only live about 45 minutes away, I took the machine in myself, he recommended a great local coffee spot to wait and had it completely serviced and repaired within the hour. He showed me the corroded elements and gave some top tips and links on how to look after my machine and make better coffee. I've had it back home a week now and it's like a brand new machine. 100% recommended.

Anyone who keeps me in coffee gets my vote! My faulty Sage Bambino Plus was brought back to life by Paul at ProPresso. Great WhatsApp comms, quick turnaround, really fair price, great result. Will definitely use again if/when needed or for periodic preventative service this time. Thanks.
