BE AWARE. I ordered an ECOHEAD professional shower head and hose for my salon. It cost £150. When i ordered the website said it was in stock and they said it would be with me within 3-5 working days. I am still waiting two weeks later and the fedex tracking information says they havent even recieved it yet. I contacted the company last week they lied and said it would be with me by last Friday. I have a tracking number but I can see on FEDEX website that they are still waiting for the shower head in the US. I emailed the company to cancel and get a refund but i didnt get a response. I have had to get a differnet shower head now because i needed it urgently. I wouldnt trust this company i wont be using them again.Honestly & lack of correspondence is an issue here.

Hi Tess, we were sorry to read about your experience and fully understand how frustrating the delays must have been, especially as you needed the ECOHEAD shower head urgently. Unfortunately, the order was held up in transit from our US supplier, and we were unable to deliver within the promised timeframe.
After you contacted us to cancel, a full refund was processed and has been completed. We recognise that our communication during this time did not meet the standard you should expect, and we have since taken steps to improve our updates and order tracking.
We regret that this situation led to disappointment and hope we may have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.
