Protec Covers Avaliações

I ordered a towing cover for my Baileys Phoenix 420,
The experience was really simple. The manufacturer and delivery was very very quick, although I thought it was a little pricey. I was very impressed with the condition quality of the towing jacket. I was also surprised had wraparounds around the lights and clips underneath really really impressed. Well done

Great service rightfrom the very first phone call.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cover.

Protec front towing cover and full caravan cover.
Having previously had covers from Protec for our other caravans, we had no worries about purchasing again for our new caravan.
The covers are well made and tailor made to fit different models of caravans .
Great product and speedy delivery. All in all a great experience.

They did better than their promise by delivering well ahead of schedule. Cover fits perfectly. Can’t wait to start using it.

Absolutely brilliant. We purchased 2 Protec covers for both our caravans (Eriba Troll 540GT and a Coachman) for overwintering on our driveway and both vans have been kept dry and very well protected from all the elements, sun, wind, rain and snow!! Also purchased Towing jackets for both. Used one on our Eriba Troll. Easy to fit and protected the van well when towing. Have yet to use our 2nd one on the larger Coachman as not yet ventured out in her yet. Both the Protec cover and Towing jacket are excellent products and the staff are very helpful and polite. 10/10 🙂

It's my second cover from protec cover's. As always first class service..
The cover is on the caravan permanently apart from when we're holiday in it ( 5 / 6 )
Per years so it's on for all the weather can throw at it . Winter and summer.
It's stood up to the elements for going on 5 years.
Would recommend protec cover's for your camping unit

Excellent service. The cover (for a motorhome) fits perfectly and was delived more quickly than predicted. I recommend Protec if you need a cover.

What an awesome caravan cover! So easy to fit, using the extendable poles. The whole process, from ordering, measuring and delivery was all well communicated from beginning. Very happy with our purchase. Thank you!

Many thanks for expediting my order which I received within 2 weeks. My old Protec cover has probably travelled 20,000 miles over 7 years and the front of my caravan still looks like new. I hope this one does as well. The new design with the centre zip makes for easy and speedy fitting by one person.

Visited Protec covers at the NEC a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed with their towing covers. We decided to go for the package of storage, Towing and A frame covers for our Swift Major 4EB that we purchased end of February. We were contacted by Tia from the Head office explaining the whole process again and when we could expect delivery. A week later we recieved a huge box containing our purchase. Unfortunately we were missing the Towing cover but I contacted head office and spoke to a very nice gentleman called Peter. I explained the situation and that we required the Towing cover ASAP as we were going away in 4 days. Peter told me that he would sort it out and we could expect delivery before Wednesday. True to his word we actually recieved the item on Tuesday. The whole process from order to delivery has been fantastic and would highly recommend Protec covers.

I can only rate protec as 5☆. We bought a new caravan and are due to leave on our 1st trip on March 16th. I suddenly realised no towing cover for the van. I ordered online and then realised delivery time were 3 weeks. The following day I phoned protec & spoke to the most helpful young lady,& asked if there's any chance of an urgent delivery as we only had about 10 days before departure. She explained that owing to the recent caravan show at the NEC,they were snowed under with orders. I will see what I can do, and mark it urgent. The cover arrived in less than a week, fantastic. Cannot fault the quality, fits like a glove, and looks amazing. I wouldn't hesitate in ordering from protec again, brilliant service. Once again thank you to the young lady I spoke to, whose name escapes me. If only more companies were this helpful & efficient.

Visited Protec covers at the NEC last week and very impressed at their towing covers. Ordered online, was kept up to date on progress of order via email, received cover in four days, amazing delivery! Fitted like a glove. Very pleased with quality & price. Definitely recommend

I recently required a piece of cover material to repair my caravan cover.
The phone was answered immediately by the most courteous and helpful person imaginable who sent more than I required by next day post! He also gave advice on how to repair the cover and suggested a contact adhesive that would do the job.
If only all companies offered this kind of service, then wouldn’t life be wonderful!
The cover itself is a perfect fit and it was my fault that it tore and nothing wrong with the manufacture.

Had a minor issue with my caravan cover and they were excellent. Collecting and returning to me at no charge.

I bought this cover from their stand at the NEC.
I have used it every year since OCT 08.
It fits ok and is easy to pull on on my own. ( I cant manage it with the poles single handedly and do fold it on removing a certain way).
It was my own fault I ran over a buckle and crushed it and enquired to purchase a new buckle.
Protec very generously supplied a complete new strap at no charge or postage fee. Thankyou

Placed order for caravan cover on 3rd Jan and received the finished product 1st Feb. On receipt of cover found it very easy to fit. Protec kept me informed at each stage of the process. Absolutely delighted with the finished product and would have no hesitation in recommending Protec.

Ordered caravan cover for our sprite and received after 4 weeks even with the Xmas period. Cover is well made and we found it easy to fit even on the first attempt, ordering was easy on the phone with friendly helpful staff.
Thank you.

Protec Covers is a company that cares for their customers with responsive communications in the ordering process to make sure all is correct before going into production of the item I orderd. I am very pleased with the cover, it fits like a glove over our campervan and a quality product.

My husband ordered what he thought was 3 replacement straps online. As we didn't receive a confirmation email I decided to ring them the following day to confirm the order had been received. It had, but it transpired he had actually ordered 3 sets of straps making a total of 27, which is a trifle more than was required! The customer service man was very helpful and found out that the items had already been sent out but they only charged us for the 1 set. Great customer service.

We have had 2 towing covers and now a full cover for our current twin axle caravan. All of them have been brilliant and their service from start to finish has been superb.
