Protech Appliance Repair Ltd Avaliações

Very happy - completed the contact form Saturday morning, had a phone call within an hour or two and booked us in for the Sunday morning. Chap came out, diagnosed issue with our washing machine within minutes and repaired there and then at reasonable cost. Very happy 👍

Fantastic service from start to finish. The website was very easy to use when submitting my initial enquiry. I was contacted quickly to arrange an appointment. The technician was able to work around my availability and still attend within 24 hours. Pricing was fair and I was updated at every stage of the repair. We had repairs to both the fridge freezer and oven. Highly satisfied with the service, pricing and speed of repair.

Outstanding care and attention to detail , kept informed at all stages of repair

It was easy enough to book Protech Applicance though a professional website. They were able to arrive promptly and Richard did the necessary repairs without fuss while making sure we knew why and what he was doing. They've got four stars only because for five they'd need to have done the work for free. Excellent service.

Very helpful diagnosing and then repairing our dishwasher. Thank you also for being flexible with moving the times around.

Efficient service, received call very quickly after submitting a job online and repair was done quickly. Friendly service.

I have used this company twice and on both occasions they have been excellent. Quick to respond, efficient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend

Richard was great, communication was fast and kept us in the loop about the status of our washing machine repair. Our washing machine now works perfectly after several part replacements. Great job, fairly priced and would definitely recommend.

Richard from Protech was great! Came over to give a quote and was done within 15 minutes. Got my washing machine back with no issues and fully repaired! Highly recommend!

This is the first time I have used this company. My enquiry was responded to by phone the same day. The person I spoke to was polite helpful and listened to me. He offered me an appointment to suit me as soon as I wanted.
Richard attended as agreed. He was polite and helpful as well and also brought the correct spare with him. He took time to discuss the work he had done for me and, when I asked, he told me about the wide range of appliances Pro tech appliance repairs can cover
I hope I don't need to call again, but if I need any further domestic repairs I will call Protech.

Excellent service and very friendly staff

Richard was awesome, explained the process and got it sorted

Great service and advice from start to finish. Honest and quick. Polite. Would 100% recommend

Great job again from Richard - over the years he has repaired our Rangemaster oven (two separate issues), Bosch dishwasher, and now our Bosch washing machine. Fast response, able to get out quickly and do a very professional job. Would highly recommend (but no offence, hope we don't need to call him out again anytime soon!)

Made an enquiry online for my rangemaster dual fuel oven. Got a call the next day from
Richard, Fantastic guy! Helped me fix my problem over the phone. I didn’t even need a call out. Problem was resolved. Saved me spending any money. Would highly recommend. Would use this company again. Thanks Richard!

Efficient and professional service throughout. Richard arrived on time to repair our Indesit washing machine and quickly diagnosed the problem. Our washing machine was up and running again in under thirty minutes. Very impressed. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company for any appliance repairs.

Protech Appliances recently attended our home to repair our Rangemaster, and we couldn't be happier with the service. The technician was quick to identify the fault and managed to repair it on the same day. The service was efficient and professional. Highly recommend Protech Appliances for anyone needing appliance repairs. Thank you!
