Great price, easy to use website and quick delivery. I was really impressed by the price of the 2nd hand Tyranids I bought.

Prices for the products were great so was the packaging and shopping. However an item was removed from my order after I paid for it and I wasn't refunded the amount. I don't mind a product was removed if they didn't have it in stock fine. But to remove it and not refund and not communicate it properly seems off to me it was only a couple of quid so it's more the principle of rather than the amount of money.

Came in to pick up an order, and had to bring my 2 year old. Staff were super friendly towards my daughter. It just gave it a genuinely family friendly vibe

I can't recommend Protech enough. Royal Mail left my parcel of 3 Magic Pre-Release kits out in the rain and they got ruined, and the staff at Protech went above and beyond to get compensation for me and chase Royal Mail.

And damage aside their prices were by far the best I'd found for those kits and they shipped extremely quickly.

I only recently found the shop but I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

My order ended up with an incomplete address on. Not their fault, I've since had problems with other stores autocompleting my address without the house number.

However, once I noticed and emailed them, they didn't respond to any of my messages about it. Not even to tell me who the delivery company was or if they returned the item, and not when I asked for a refund after trying everything else. No response at all.

When I tried to find any tracking information all I could find was the "shopify" app which I'd never heard of before, couldn't get working, and I shouldn't need an app to handle an order I placed online.

3rd or 4th purchase, always very quick dispatch, always as advertised, who can complain with service like that.

Placed an order on the 26th of September for pre-order, with full tracking. On the 7th of November the product was released and I haven’t received a notification that the order has been shipped. I have emailed constantly and yet to receive any form of communication or status update of the order. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!
