While the product was shipped quickly and well packed, I did not receive the $1:50 small pack which I ordered so as to try the product before opening the main packages. I E-mailed Proteinco straight away to inform them, did not get a reply or receive what I paid for.

It was a good deal before, but now the price when up by way too much. Better going to a local store and buy a famous brand name for the same price.

I like their website interface, easy to navigate and look for products. I ordered 2 whey protein new zeland isolate. One chocolate and the other one non flavour. It was easy to place the order and the prices were fair. The only issue I had was that 5 days after placing the order I checked and the order was not shipped yet. I had to contact them and ask what was the issue then they said that one of the proteins was out of stock, but they will ship it once is ready. Same day they got stock and the protein was shipped with no issue; it would had been nice if after placing the order they would have contacted me and let me know that the protein was out of stock and that I would have to wait a couple of days instead of waiting for me to contact them. Other than that everything else is good. the chcoloate flavour is perfect, not too sweet and blends well Will buy again.

I like product good price but takes over a week just to ship items. If out of stock update website. Otherwise 10 days just to get a product from warehouse to ship is way too long. By time gets here two weeks i only order when i need product.

Their products are great, high quality and exceptional price. Most whey has Sucralose (I cannot have this) but their product has Stevia. Great flavour for both the chocolate and vanilla.

I've been ordering from ProteinCo for almost 2 years. Until recently, I would have given them 5 stars for their prices, free shipping, and complementary samples.

Unfortunately... they have changed packaging from hard plastic tubs to soft plastic bags, and these bags seem to have a major flaw: they seem to tear at the bottom seams. I first discovered this when one of three bags in a shipment had a hole large enough that a couple hundred grams (at least a quarter to half pound) was lost during shipping, with a lot more spilling out of the hole as soon as I lifted the bag. To their credit, ProteinCo replaced the bag for free and even covered the cost of return shipping. Customer service was excellent! Unfortunately, the replacement bag also had small openings at both bottom seams. Upon closer inspection of the other two bags from the original shipment, I found that they suffered the same issue. It was most noticeable if I squeezed the top of the bag, increasing pressure inside, which caused a couple grams to be forced out the holes.

The move to soft plastic packaging may have been motivated by a desire to be more environmentally friendly (conjecture, I don't know if it is more eco). But this concerns me most as an issue of quality control. I assume that supplements produced in Canada and/or Quebec are treated as they are in the US, with no oversight of a regulatory organization such as the FDA. Supplement producers are trusted to self regulate and manage quality. These are products that I am ingesting, so I expect the companies producing supplements to take the health and safety of their customers very seriously.

I'm not ready to turn my back on ProteinCo yet. I will place at least one more order. But if this issue persists, it will be my last order. If they resolve the packaging issue, I will return to change my rating to 5 stars and update my review.

I'm a runner. I was looking for a vegan BCAA powder, and I landed on Protein Co's page. The price was good, the product looked good. So, I placed an order for 2 500gm packs. I had a marathon coming up in 2 weeks and my previous pack had just gotten over. Four days later, my purchase had still not been shipped. When I asked why, I was told the delay was because there was only one pack and they were waiting for the second one. I told them, please send me one and refund the money for the second one. Instead they just sent me one and gave me store credit for the second pack. Shipping fees are high. I'm a disappointed. But only a little.

Their offers are not the greatest but service is good and provides timely delivery. Products are with decent quality too

Everything shipped as described. Product is good quality and tastes good too.
