Shopping for my desired product and ordering it were as easy as possible. Also, the variety of payment options including PayPal was excellent.

Products are great only drawback is shipping times. Most companies today offer free shipping when you spend a certain amount of money and ship out relatively fast. you'll pay a premium here for fast shipping. Basically if your running out of product or wait till the last minute to order stuff. You could be waiting 2 weeks for your package to arrive if you go with economy shipping other than that protein factorys products are superior to most retailers

I enjoy the informative articles, science/research based approach and candid mantra of those behind proteinfactory.com. I spent couple days delving into each product I purchased. A lot of effort is put into full descriptions both written and podcast for most products offered. I reached out via email directly to the owner Alex and he, or someone repping him, thoroughly answered my question within an hour…on a Saturday. That alone resulted in gaining my trust and over $200 purchase. Keep up the great work guys!

Plenty of products to choose from without over doing it. Also customer support is excellent. I do like stacks and would like to see more of them with good discounts.

Terrible communication regarding shipping and anticipated arrival date. Had to get my cc company involved before I received a correspondence
