Great product. Tried the maple ignite to fuel marathon training after going into my local running shop. They didn’t have my usual in stock and these were recommended by the owner to try. Really glad I did. Have used them to fuel an 18 and 20 miler with no issues. Will certainly stick with them for long runs and race day

As an IBS sufferer, I've been looking for energy gels that were kinder to my stomach & didn't cause cramping. Protein Rebel appeared a few times in my social news feed, so I decided to try them. I received fantastic customer service; Liz was really friendly and even left a personal note in my delivery! I tried the gels on my long run & I liked that they are half the volume of other leading brands but with more carbs! The runner texture is also easier to digest. Yes, the sugar content is high (it's syrup after all!) but that didn't cause me any issues. No cramps & I smashed my 21 mile training run! If you love maple syrup, you'll love these! Highly recommend!!!

Tastes great, I'm using the protein powder under my nutritionist's advice and it is much more palatable than just pure pea protein.
