Wow! What an excellent experience I've had with Steve. Prior to ordering, Steve was able to provide me a rough estimate in terms of delivery timeframe. Once ordered, he responded to each and every one of my questions, no matter how silly they were. I've had some bad experiences with vivs in the past, but Steve helped to allay those fears with his prompt communication (usually within an hour). My viv arrived yesterday and I couldn't be happier. Steve was very polite and friendly and engaged in a brief chat, despite having several more jobs to do, which says a lot about his character.
He also gave me some advice of setting up the vivarium, including how to fit the modesty blocks.

In terms of the viv itself, outstanding quality. I have set up a few vivs myself in the past, but I am no expert. However with provivs vivariums, it was so simple and straightforward to set up and took me around half an hour to put together which is definitely the quickest I've ever taken.
I would definitely recommend and will be buying again in the future.

I got a 10 rub 33L rack delivered today in the 3 week time frame and wow! Quality is absolutely amazing. Definitely ordering another next month an so on! Emailed 3 times for silly questions an every time I was answered within a day. 10/10

Received my 6 foot viv this evening wonderful one man buisness very pleased with my order highly recommend! Sometimes you cant listen to peoples reviews the reviews should be about the product and not the man or his family, in this world respect works both ways and if you respect someone they should do the same back

Prompt reply to a question I sent regarding my order, order arrived within 2 weeks and the rack was very easy to assemble, I could see how some may struggle but if you’ve built anything that’s flat packed it’s pretty straightforward. Very sturdy rack would definitely buy more when needed.

An amazing company, I've brought so many vivariums in my life as a keeper and none have been such high quality as provivs. The dowels used to fix the vivarium together look so much higher quality than ones used by other companies. The packaging was amazing, all of the box's came with a frame of scrap wood that protected the vivarium ans the glass came encased in a wooden box which protected it so much more than typically materials used. Customer service is amazing, experienced delays due to external company issue but I was kept up to date the entire time

If I could give more stars I would! The quality off Steve's vivariums are outstanding! I purchased the 8x2x2 in Grey and got exactly what I asked for and in quick time! I will definitely be using Pro vivariums again without a doubt, Steve is a amazing chap to deal with and responds to messages quickly, even with me messaging late at night he was on it with a quick reply! I will certainly be forwarding his company on to others! Thanks again Steve it's been a pleasure

I ordered a made to measure vivarium to fit on top of my snake rack. Steve was so helpful and colour matched the vivarium to my existing rack. The quality is spot on and so simple to fit it all together. It looks amazing and my tenrec is very happy too.

So after ordering a extra large vivarium I was worried but I shouldn't have been . I've never seen such a easy to put together large vivarium. Really strong and sturdy built it on my own no problems 😊 nice to see a simple design at such a low cost .

Still not had any response from Steve at Pro Vivs and its been weeks since I emailed & messaged him about my extremely damaged Vivarium. He asked customers for pictures of ordered Vivs on his Facebook page so when I popped the pictures of my damaged viv on with a polite message I was blocked within minutes. Says it all really AVOID AVOID AVOID! Happy to take your money but if there's an issue doesn't want to know!

It is nearly 3 weeks since I first contacted the owner of ProVivs via email and Facebook messenger regarding the badly damaged condition in which my 6ft £200 Vivarium arrived with a Video & photos also supplied to him evidencing the damage (I can't see an option to upload the photos or video on here unfortunately.

The damage is
- a deep crack running the full width of one side of the back panel, a crack on the base panel & a scuff to the roof panel. As no response was received this was then followed up with a further email and messenger message as set out below (messenger messages are showing as having been read!) . To date I have not heard back from ProVivs!!

The lack of Customer service for this company is terrible and all bad reviews (on here, other review sites & Utube) seem to stem from items arriving damaged with little or no resolve being reached due to the non response to queries/complaints from ProVivs.

As an aside I would like to mention I have no idea who delivered my Vivarium as I was not given a delivery date or tracking information and came home to find it left in my garden!!!

I would definately not recommend ProVivs........

Further to my messenger messages and emails of last week I am really disappointed to have not heard back from you with a substantive response. As previously mentioned I am more than happy to speak to you over the telephone if you prefer although Pro Vivs do not appear to have a contact number visable on either Facebook or the website and that it why I provided my contact number in my initial message.

As you can see from the pictures and videos previously supplied the Vivarium arrived badly damaged. Whilst I appreciate this may have been damage caused in transit I am now left with something that I'm sure you would agree is not in an acceptable condition or something that you would feel represents a high standard of product or indeed something you yourself would be happy with!

Whilst the fact the Vivarium is damaged is of course extremely disappointing the lack of response from yourself with any sort of resolution now leaves me with the inconvenience of an unbuilt 6ft vivarium in my spare room and my pet unable to move into his new home. Working in a customer facing role myself I'm sure you would agree that dealing with problems/complaints in a timely manner is key.

Ordered from Provivs and was advised it would take 1-3 weeks for the viv to dispatch. Coming up to 3 weeks I emailed and was put in contact with Steve, who told me that they were just waiting on a glass delivery and would dispatch the following Monday. Come that date I received another email advising that they had to postpone sending as they were worried something had broken while packing into the delivery van - I can't fault them for this as they were keeping me in the loop as I had asked and ensuring that the product I received was not faulty so I was happy to wait a little longer for delivery. Had some issues with the courier but got in touch with Steve again who was happy to help and chased up the delivery company until the viv arrived safely. Very happy with my vivarium, it came supplied with sealant to keep the panoramic glass panes in place and it seems to be of a very high quality. Overall very happy with my experience, will use again

Very satisfied and pleased with my 6ft vivarium I ordered for my new BTS. I also was initially a little anxious after reading the negative reviews but decided to proceed with the order and I have no regrets. Steve responded to all my messages and provided central support for the viv upon request. The delivery itself was smooth, would be best to keep in mind that ETA for delivery may be received less than a day so not ideal if needing to plan for someone to be home to receive the delivery. There are no instructions that come with the viv but to be honest, it was no brainer setting it up(did get a few tips from my pal who’s also a Proviv customer). Quality of the wood is excellent. I’ll be looking into a getting another viv or 2 sometime next year from Provivs.

Terrible experience, please do avoid. I ordered a custom vivarium from them and when it arrived the measurements were wrong. In fact, they had just sent out a standard one without taking my measurements into account at all even though it was agreed on multiple times. I asked for replacement parts, which after chasing and chasing arrived about 2 months later with the measurements still wrong but I was so tired of it all I convinced myself I could work with it. I bought a pretty huge vivarium so as a tiny person it took me a good few days to put it together and after all this you could imagine my shock when I found that the glass does not even fit into the tracks without unscrewing the lifting the top off. This was now past their ridiculously short window for flagging any issues so I couldn't do anything. It's so awkward to put in and I risk breaking glass each time I want to take the doors out. Even if the measurements were right the quality is pretty mediocre at best- not sure why I kept making excuses for them being a small business or whatnot. I regret not taking it up with Paypal while I could.

Terrible company! Spent a small fortune buying a large Vivarium which was delivered within the promised time frame and was straightforward to build - this is where the positive response ends! Once built and inside decor done (bioactive viv so very expensive to do) the sliding glass doors were horrifically loose, to the point they fall out when opening closing. Emailed to ask for new doors that actually fit - no phone number listed anywhere for this company so email the only option - and after a few basic responses asking for order numbers etc nothing, complete silence. After several more emails finally got a response claiming his email had broken 🤷‍♂️ Swapped a few more emails with ‘Steve’ which led to him refusing to send out properly fitting glass and then not even responding to further emails. Out of desperation - the glass falling out could injure my lizard or my 2 young children which I have had to ban from going near the viv due to safety! - I messaged on Facebook which promptly led to me and my partner being blocked! Despite this going on for over 3 months I still have a viv that is a danger to my children and no resolution in sight. Only step left available to me now is small claims court which I have no choice but to pursue. Avoid this con artist at all costs

Great really, came in about 5 weeks which is better than most places. the back piece came snapped the first time but a quick email and they sent one out within 5 days so wasn't an issue, the viv itself is great sturdy and packaged so the edges aren't damaged so they keep the nice look. bought an 8x3x2 viv and will be buying a further 3 in the upcoming future for my burns and retics, can recommend. worth the price.

Ordered a a viv our was forgotten about until I chased up. The webpage state a 3-5 week wait. 7 weeks later I chased again and then next day went out for delivery. The product arrived damaged, so I refused the delivery. I emailed provivs that day stating it has been refused because of damage. Provivs ignored that email. I followed up a week later still no reply and followed up again a week later still no reply. To this day still no reply. I would avoid.

I should have followed the advice of the other reviews.

If you're going to order from these guys do yourself a favour and use a credit card so they can be held accountable......

To be honest I read the bad reviews after purchasing and was a little worried. BUT I checked in on my order after 2 weeks and had a quick response. My 3ft viv turned up a week later. Yet to assemble but the colour match to my aqua oak tank is unreal. Looks good quality can't wait to assemble

Ordered a custom pvc build viv for my ackie monitor before Christmas last year and it’s been brilliant.

Customer service is good too, it can take a few days for them to get back to you sometimes but it’s a small family business so no issue! Thanks guys!

Damaged items on delivery sent email pictures as requested did not want to know took our money no phone line to call no customer service the only time they responded when they took the remarks down of Facebook the reply to this comment is not valid they vivs arrived damaged please avoid this company there are better retails out there
